The farmhouse is surrounded by vineyards and fruit trees, it is located in a small village that also includes an ancient church from the 1500s that has been renovated and where breakfast is served. The location is very picturesque and not far from Alba. The furnishings of the rooms are in an antique style but the spaces are huge and there are all the amenities.

Great place to relax and enjoy the wonders of the Langhe: wine, food, and scenery. Friendly and helpful staff, I recommend asking them for references on: activities to do, restaurants/osterias, and wineries for tastings. Impeccable cleanliness and delightful rooms perfectly matching the territory. Excellent breakfast with products from their lands, homemade cakes, and Illy coffee. I will definitely return to continue the hill tour with the e-bike comfortably rented at the facility.

Close to Alba, this large property is located in a carefully restored 18th-century house, surrounded by vineyards and a large garden. Our room (a mini apartment) was spacious and pleasant. The breakfast, served in a renovated church on the property, was really excellent. The location is perfect for exploring the Langhe and its charming villages like Barolo and Grinzane Cavour. The view of the hills is spectacular. I greatly appreciated the kindness of the staff and the tranquility of the place.

Lovely location with a spectacular view. Beautiful and clean room, and the breakfast served in the former manor chapel. Also excellent the gazebo available to guests. The owners are friendly and helpful.

This is the second time we've stayed, and if anything, it was even more wonderful than we remembered. Amabile and family are extremely warm and welcoming, the room is very, very comfortable and lovely, the breakfast is abundant and delicious, and the chapel where it is served is breathtaking with her artwork and design. The location in the middle of farms is quiet and spectacular. I can't say more!

For me one of the best Bed and Breakfasts in Piedmont. Loving care by Mrs. Amabile. It was my 2nd visit to this house and definitely not my last. Quiet location, centrally located to visit the wineries of the Langhe. 10 minutes from the city center of Alba.

We stayed only one night unfortunately at Cascina Baresane, but we would highly recommend it even for a longer stay. We were greeted at this beautiful property with great kindness by the lady who also recommended us an excellent restaurant. Excellent breakfast with homemade and very fresh products. Beautiful experience.

Cascina Baresane was a great surprise. Relaxing and breathtaking view on the Langhe hills, very cozy and well-kept room, attention to details, vineyards and hazelnut crops on the hills around the Cascina. The area is quiet and secluded, and it's just under half an hour away (by motorbike/car) from Barolo, La Morra, Verduno. Professional family management, abundant and delicious breakfast, and above all, great hospitality. Thank you and congratulations!

We stayed at 'Cascina Baresane' for two nights and we had a great time. The owners were very hospitable and the breakfast was good and plentiful. The only note, if we can, was the lack of a TV in the room, although it is surely a thoughtful choice made by the owners.

We spent three days at this property, found by chance. A lovely, clean, quiet place in the middle of the Langhe. Mrs. Amabile was very kind and helpful. The rooms are very nice, spacious, clean, and quiet, which is essential for those coming from Milan like us! The breakfast is excellent and plentiful, served in the B&B's chapel, which is very curious! What can I say, we will gladly return.

The structure welcomes you in a natural environment, among the vineyards. It offers a relaxing, quiet holiday in a warm family atmosphere.

We spent four wonderful nights at Cascina Baresane. The Amabile Family really lives up to their surname. Congratulations for everything you have offered us. The B&B is located among vineyards and hazelnut trees just a few kilometers from Alba, and within a few kilometers are many splendid villages; an ideal place to visit the Langhe.

Rustic and clean room.\n\nWe stayed for only one night with our children, who were also very excited.\n\nThe owners are very kind, the breakfast is abundant and well-prepared, both sweet and savory to satisfy every palate.\n\nThe breathtaking view from the front lawn where you can take walks.\n\nWe will come back.

Exit your room in the morning, walk into the spacious, open meadow in front of you, halfway up the hill. With only the sound of your footsteps with you and in front of you, a succession of ridge curtains that are lost on the horizon. This is how I can describe Cascina Baresane. Amabile and Tony love their work and you can feel it, making all the difference in the world. They follow you from afar, ensuring that your time is all pleasure. The rooms are well-kept, clean, with a tasteful mix of antique and modern. We only spent two nights there but it was an experience beyond our expectations.

Excellent location for our needs, isolated area on a hill and therefore very quiet, all destinations easily reachable by car in 5-10 minutes. For those who want to take a walk in nature, Alba is a 45-minute drive away. Well-kept and clean structure with a view over the rest of the Langhe. Excellent breakfast, complete with moka coffee and the peculiarity of enjoying it in a beautiful deconsecrated church. Owners very kind and helpful. For the tech-savvy: wifi works perfectly, TV absent (at least in our room) but it was not a necessity for us. Fair price. Definitely recommended to friends.

A delightful place, surrounded by vineyards, on the hills near Alba. Attentive and helpful hosts. Spacious and welcoming rooms and bathrooms. Very rich and truly exquisite breakfast in the deconsecrated church in the Cascina Baresane complex. Convenient parking and well-kept outdoor spaces equipped to enjoy some relaxation in the cool shade of the trees. The structure is a bit isolated so it is advisable to be organized with a car and/or motorcycle, also reachable by bike for those who want to do some physical activity to burn off breakfast! In the surroundings of Barolo and Alba, numerous paths are indicated to be walked or cycled to fully enjoy the richness of this territory.

A charming place amidst cultivated hills, a whole small village managed wonderfully. The owner was truly welcoming, we had asked for an extra cot in the room for our baby which was promptly prepared for us at no additional cost, plus breakfast in the deconsecrated church with fresh croissants and local products was a wonderful surprise. I highly recommend it. The rooms and the bathroom are very spacious and tastefully furnished.

Well located at the beginning of several trips in the Barolo area and close to a shopping center. Regarding the accommodations, the room size is ok, the bathroom ok except for a too small entry to the shower. A lot of noise from the level below due to insufficient insulation.

The location among vineyards of Cascina Baresane is very suggestive. The rooms resemble luxurious mountain chalets. With the heating on, it's incredibly warm. The self-service breakfast in the deconsecrated chapel is unbeatable.

I arrived with some friends for a "zingarata" in the Langhe and we found a truly spectacular place. The B&B is part of the hills of vineyards and hazelnuts with a unique view. Mrs. Amabile turned out to be absolutely invaluable in courtesy, availability and truly unique sympathy. In addition to the view, we were impressed by the restoration of Cascina Baresane and the buildings that make it up, carried out with extreme attention and respect for the existing structure and the surrounding environment. The clean and welcoming rooms with a view of the vineyards. The excellent breakfast in the little church was the final touch of this very short experience that we have promised ourselves to repeat. Highly recommended.

I had booked on September 30, for the evening of 10/10/2015.\n\nI received a confirmation email with the booking code. We arrived in the early afternoon, and the owner informed us that there was no reservation in our name and that unfortunately the property was full. We showed her the confirmation email, which had been sent from the property's address, but she had no record of it.\n\nShe solved the problem by booking at a nearby hotel and paying the price difference.\n\nShe was certainly kind and helpful, but we were disappointed to have to stay in a rather anonymous hotel in the area, while our choice was for a structure among the vineyards, a shame.

Wonderful Cascina inside an ancient completely renovated village. Incredible panorama of vineyard hills where you can relax. Spacious and clean rooms, very nice and helpful owners. An original detail: Breakfast is served in a small (deconsecrated of course) church inside the village. Nearby there is also the Ceretto winery that can be visited.

The Cascina is located in an oasis of peace with a magnificent view over the vineyards. Very close to all the points of interest and to the Grenzane Castle. During our tour of the Langhe, we decided to stay a second time because of the quality of the location and the service absolutely proportional to the costs. Excellent breakfast and in general the whole structure and the staff very helpful and always friendly. Absolutely recommended.

Kind and attentive people welcomed us (husband and wife). Very spacious and comfortable room with refined and tasteful furniture. Room overlooking the hills of Alba and the vineyards. Breakfast served in a small deconsecrated baroque-style chapel inside the structure. Served local products (hazelnuts, jams, honey) in abundance with savory and sweet food.

A short weekend at the facility, together with my girlfriend, on the occasion of the Collisioni Festival in Barolo; the facility is located in the middle of the vineyards, difficult to find without asking for directions from passersby, but once we arrived we found ourselves in a very welcoming, clean environment, with very large and well-furnished rooms. The breakfast was nothing short of perfect, with a variety of cheeses and cold cuts alongside many types of cakes and various sweets. A beautiful garden with a gazebo to relax in, a nice panoramic view of the surrounding vineyards and a kitchen available for use complete my positive description of the B&B.
