At check-in, it felt like being in a marathon. The owner was in a rush, did a quick tour of the apartment and then the payment. I struggled to ask just two questions and to request a map of the area. Meanwhile, my husband was at risk of being crushed by the wardrobe while I was in the office paying. The owner heard a loud noise but, either because he was in a hurry or didn't want to know, he didn't pay attention. The air conditioning was very old and extremely dirty, never sanitized. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, as were the old and flattened pillows. We didn't know that the toilet was for disabled people, making it inconvenient to use because there was no floor support, being too high! The dishes and glasses were dirty. The bathroom sink plug wouldn't close, making it impossible to shave. As for value for money, I would say it was lacking.
