LEAVE IT ALONE. GO ELSEWHERE. WE ALSO RELIED ON THE POSITIVE REVIEWS, BUT IT'S NOT LIKE THAT. I would like to point out that we stayed in this property for 3 nights, from 18th to 20th August, there were 10 of us and we occupied all the rooms of the B&B 2 Palme (2 triples and 2 doubles). We were there to celebrate a wedding (mine). The lady initially welcomed us with kindness and courtesy but the day after the problems started: intrusive at the highest levels, she entered the rooms secretly to clean but none of us noticed her cleaning. She dared to say that we were messy (I would like to see her sleep with three people in a 3x3 m room and not create a minimum of disorder, moreover we never touched or moved anything that was not ours, the disorder, if it could be called that, was created solely and exclusively by our somewhat scattered stuff in the room). On the morning of the wedding, she disconnected the boiler and we had no hot water to shower and when we complained she made up strange boiler blocks which fortunately she herself (evidently also an expert in boilers) managed to fix. SHE EVEN HAD EXTERNAL SWITCHES INSTALLED TO DISCONNECT THE POWER to the air conditioners. We weren't even free to turn on the air conditioning. As soon as we turned them on, after a few minutes she cut off the power. On the last day, WE WERE ALL without air conditioning because IT'S HER who DECIDES when and how to turn it on. (Furthermore, my mother, an elderly person of almost 80 years old, was also staying in the property, but she was not interested in her at all). My wife and I had paid to stay an extra day but we left because of the bad welcome received, without even asking for the money back. Evidently in all these years of work, the lady ELISA, as she calls herself, has not yet learned to do her job. I have also reported everything to the tourist office of the municipality of Padua, hoping that other people will not ruin their stay in this beautiful city because of this lady.

Cara signora io ho imparato anche troppo il mio mestiere e per questo che è successo questo scontento fra di noi, perché lei e suoi parenti pensate quando si paga si fa ciò che si vuole in casa degli altri, forse dovreste imparare un po' di regole nel B&B, prima di tutto lei non mi ha detto che mi portava 20 persone in casa e fare casino fino le 2 di note (sapendo che io ci abito sopra e non mi ha fato dormire) tenendo condizionatori accesi delle camere per 7 ore consecutive per tenere fresco il soggiorno e cucina con la temperatura serale che non superava 24 gradi e finestre socchiuse del soggiorno, e per la colazione vi ho chiesto tante volte cosa preferite avete risposto che cornetti freschi vano bene, e tutto resto vi andava benissimo, ero sempre presente a chiedervi e servirvi di ciò mi chiedevate, condizionatore lo spento 1 volta sola e non come dice lei varie volte (se vuole denigrare la mia struttura dica almeno la verità) in quanto era acceso dale 5 di pomeriggio erano le 23,aqua delle docce e come vi ho spigato dovevo fare passaggio dal solare alla caldaia del gas, quello che dice lei e solo tanta cattiveria che ha nei miei confronti, mi creda che nemmeno voi siete stati il massimo, il fato delle camere noi entriamo tutti i giorni riordinare dov'è possibile, son riuscita a vuotare solo i cestini stracolmi il resto non era possibile perché (giustamente e solo per dire perché entriamo nel camere) c'era tanta roba in giro, prossima volta vi consiglio di affittare una locazione turistica dove vi consegnano le chiavi e non si fano vedere più per tutto il soggiorno. Non avrei mai detto che una persona può arrivare a tanta cattiveria gratuita sollo perché non accetto i vostri capricci. infine il voto vi do anch'io pulizia 0 del sporco che avete lasciato gestore (in questo caso) ospiti meno del 0.
