We only spent one night at the Luna d'Est property. The rooms are decent, spacious, and modern, the shared bathroom could use some updating.

Very quiet and peaceful apartment, well-served area with transportation, bars, and shops. On the downside, I would like to point out the discomfort of the mattress on the right side of the bed near the window of the blue room. Acceptable breakfast, the only flaw is the lack of water bottles to fill the coffee machine and for travelers arriving late at night. Otherwise, I recommend.

Very clean, tastefully furnished, in a very beautiful area, perfect reception.

Relatively comfortable structure due to its location in the African Quarter, maintained in a decent manner. It does not particularly shine in terms of cleanliness, especially considering that the bathroom, shared between two rooms, should be cleaned more frequently in order not to create discomfort for the guests, each of whom has their own needs, habits, and customs! Insufficient breakfast. The entrance door to the apartment should be maintained if not completely replaced.

For the value for money, it's okay.

Answered the phone by a girl who seemed quite bored. The directions for the entrance given with obvious reluctance and annoyance. When asked for the wifi code, very rudeness. It was enough to write it somewhere. At 8 pm another person from the structure calls me, asking if I had entered the b&b. Evidently, the person who welcomed us had not bothered to communicate it. Comments? Huh? Can it work well like this?

Good value for money, attached to the bus stop and it doesn't take long to get to the center, great for saving money, and a pleasant stay.

What can I say... for the exorbitant cost of €90 per night for 2 people, we expected a room in line with the photos on the app. Instead, it was a disaster! The room was in poor condition, with peeling paint on the walls, non-existent sockets, and uncomfortable beds. But the worst part was the non-functioning air conditioner. The room was on the 7th floor, with Rome's sun at 50 degrees, and the host kept insisting that it was normal for the air conditioner set at 16 degrees to blow hot air! Not to mention the bathroom, with the shower head spraying water from the sides because it was broken. We strongly advise against staying at this B&B. We hope the lady, who demands payment well in advance, will make the environment livable for guests, without the arrogance with which we were treated when we showed her the problems in her B&B. P.S. We bought a fan from the store under the apartment because it was unbearable to stay in that room.

The rooms are not furnished in a way that makes the stay comfortable. Lack of electrical outlets and wardrobe to store clothes. Only one pillow available for the bed. Dirty terrace, bathroom needs renovation, broken shower box.

I would like to start by saying that I only interacted over the phone and never in person with a very kind and attentive person listening to all my requests. However, my review can only be negative. I booked a room with a private bathroom selecting the option of payment at check-in. A week before, I started receiving insistent messages requesting advance payment and arrival time (as if a week before I could predict my exact arrival time). I trusted and paid, but I found myself in a room with a shared bathroom whose conditions left much to be desired. I asked to be moved to the room with a private bathroom, which was available, but this option was denied saying that I had to pay for the new room in full. I travel frequently for work and I had never encountered such conditions. Poor cleanliness, a tremendous odor masked with a strong air freshener that was even more nauseating. Torn sheets, no blanket, no wardrobe. Non-existent breakfast. After one night, I washed with wet wipes and fled elsewhere. I wonder if those who write positive reviews have ever stayed in worthy hotels or B&Bs. Terrible value for money. Money wasted, strongly discouraged, avoid if you can.

The room was not very clean despite having requested a thorough cleaning due to dust allergies in the family. The bed slats were dismantled so the night was sleepless. The place has untapped potential. I am truly sorry.

Accommodation 'minimal' but efficient and clean, without too many claims but with what is needed.

Buona la posizione, vicina a metro e fermata dei bus. Soddisfacente la comunicazione con la gestione che, anche se a distanza, è stata disponibile e sollecita nella soluzione di piccoli inconvenienti occorsi. Consiglierei di rinnovare l'arredamento e di arricchire la colazione con latte, biscotti e fette biscottate in mono porzione, marmellata, miele. A fronte degli 80 € a notte pagati per 2 persone mi sarei aspettata qualcosa di più.ma la scelta è stata dettata dalla posizione, vicinissima all'abitazione di mio figlio!

Posto molto tranquillo per passare un Week end. Ottimo.

Ho trovato la struttura molto simpatica e accogliente, ben tenuta ben collegata con tutti i tipi di autobus, metro, stazione ferroviaria, il personale è stato gentilissimo cortese sempre disponibile per qualsiasi chiarimento. Esperienza da rifare.

Siamo stati in questo B&B due notti in una camera quadrupla (due adulti e tre bimbi); l'abbiamo trovata pulita. La camera verde che ci è stata assegnata era veramente piccola con quattro letti, in bagno l'acqua calda durava pochi minuti; la colazione è mediocre, proposta con merendine confezionate e macchina a cialde (che il secondo giorno si è rotta), c'è da dire che quel "buffet" era comunque sempre disponibile tutto il giorno. Il gestore, sentito soltanto, al telefono, due volte, scattava subito sulla difensiva alle nostre richieste, comunque esaudite. In generale, visto il servizio ricevuto, il prezzo è veramente alto: 122€ a notte più 3,50€ a persona al giorno, bambini compresi. Noi abbiamo scelto questo B&B soltanto perché obbligati a permanere in quella zona per due giorni, altrimenti a quel prezzo si trova anche in hotel con colazione inclusa. Non ci torneremo!

Ottima soluzione in centro e vicino alla metro Libia. Ben servita dai mezzi pubblici, ottima la pulizia, camera spaziosa e ben tenuta.

Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è davvero poco accettabile! Viaggiamo molto e siamo abituati al B&B. Dalla descrizione e dalle foto on line della struttura, abbiamo scelto Luna D'est. Siamo rimasti molto delusi sia dalla reale condizione di camere e bagni, ma soprattutto dalla colazione fai-da-te, con merendine confezionate e ogni sorta di bevanda in capsule, senza tazze, ma solo bicchieri e spatoline in plastica! 85 euro a notte, in una zona non centrale di Roma, possiamo affermare che sia decisamente troppo!
