The structure is accessible and suitable for tourist stay.

Good location, unsatisfactory cleanliness. The bathroom is small and deserves a good renovation. Walls not soundproofed. Sufficient value for money.

Excellent location of the Petite Maison, very close to the metro line. Mrs. Pina manages the structure with extreme passion and care. Kind and friendly, she knows how to do her job.

The owner Pina is kind and caring. The structure is located on the third floor of a condominium near the Colli Albani metro stop. Nearby you can find shops, restaurants, and a pharmacy. The room overlooked the back of the building so it was probably warmer than those on the front of the building, it was small and equipped with an air conditioner that needed to be replaced as it was not silent and did not cool well. The bathroom was quite large, equipped with a shower and everything needed. The breakfast was very good and was provided in an affiliated bar nearby. A shared refrigerator could be used with the other rooms.

We stayed for 3 nights. Comfortable structure and adequate services. There was a technical issue that Mrs. Pina kindly and promptly resolved, otherwise everything was fine. Krizia and Nicola.

Very close to the metro stop with several shops nearby. Clean, private room with all the necessary comforts, located in a quiet building. I would recommend it to those who need to stay overnight in the city and be able to do sightseeing.

There were pros and cons: the cons are related to the fact that. It had been confirmed to me the month before that breakfast would be included in the price, which was not the case in the end and we found out directly on the spot, so breakfast is not included. It was not possible to pay by credit card as they did not have a pos, which by law they should all have by now. A small flaw for us Italians is that there was no bidet in the bathroom, but all in all something we can overlook without problems. The pro is basically one: the area is well supplied with everything: bars, supermarkets, banks and post offices and above all there is the metro station practically under the house (Colli Albani stop), so the b&b is easily reachable and even more importantly, it is easy to move anywhere in Rome! Recommended for the location and the area!

It's a perfect location to explore Rome, right next to the metro station 'Colli Albani', but still in a more quiet side street. The area is full of bars, restaurants, a market, or smaller shops that provide you with everything you need; less stressful than in the center. The room is clean, comes with a bathroom and balcony, and makes you feel like a 'Roman living in Rome'. We loved the (Italian) breakfast in the bar around the corner; convenient, fresh, and friendly.

Ho passato una notte insieme al mio compagno e a mio figlio di tre mesi e devo dire che mi sono trovata molto bene, una calda accoglienza da parte della Signora Giuseppina, proprietaria della struttura, che è stata carina e gentile nei nostri confronti. La camera aveva un buonissimo profumo, ottima anche la pulizia. Ottimo appoggio per chi deve svolgere impegni lavorativi come nel mio caso, ritornerò sicuramente presto!

La struttura seppur lontana dal centro di Roma è a 10 metri dall'uscita della metro Colli Albani e quindi strategicamente perfetta. La signora Pina che gestisce il B&B è sempre molto gentile e cordiale. La stanza dove ho alloggiato io è piccola ma molto confortevole e per un soggiorno da solo era assolutamente perfetta. Bagno sempre pulito e stanza sempre in ordine. Ottimo soggiorno.

Ottima struttura, completa di tutti i confort, ci son stato due volte e di sicuro ci ritornerò. La metropolitana si trova a 20 metri dall'ingresso della struttura ed i oltre gode di una posizione strategica in quanto nel quartiere ci sono molti ristoranti e pizzerie e diversi negozi. La signora Pina è una persona speciale, gentilissima e molto professionale, da provare assolutamente.

Ottima ospitalità. Pina, la padrona di casa, con la sua solarità e gentilezza ci ha accolti benissimo. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo: la stanza disponeva di ogni tipo di confort. Zona ad un passo dalla metro, dunque comodissima per effettuare i vari spostamenti. Sicuramemte terremo in considerazione per le prossime volte!

Posizione fantastica, pulizia eccezionale. Pina, la persona che gestisce la struttura è veramente speciale, disponibile e simpatica. Ho passato davvero una giornata speciale, appena torno a Roma ci ritorno con molto piacere, grazie di tutto.

Pulizia impeccabile, cortesia e accoglienza molto amichevole. Il B&B si trova a pochissimi passi dalla fermata metro Colli Albani in una zona molto tranquilla. Consigliato!
