I stayed with my family for 2 nights, the owner is a very kind, friendly and very helpful person. The rooms are clean and well furnished. The breakfast is excellent, rich in many sweet and savory products, kindly prepared by the owner. We will definitely come back.

Great! The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The bathroom in the room is also very clean and equipped with every convenience! We were welcomed by Mirca, very kind and available for every need. The breakfast cakes were delicious, handmade and accompanied by other packaged sweet products that cater to many tastes. The large public parking lot, just a stone's throw from the structure's door, is useful and convenient. Overall, it was a very positive experience, definitely worth repeating.

I stayed only for 1 night, but Mrs. Patrizia was exquisite, kind, cordial, and affectionate, very clear in the explanation both on the phone and in person. Breakfast point... too bad that the maximum rating is 10... for me and my kids it was beyond 10... homemade sweets of a unique delicacy, homemade pizzas and piadinas... sublime... and on top of that, the owner even gave us a gift of her piadina. In short, a rating beyond the maximum... 100 and praise! I hope to return soon.

Very quiet area just a stone's throw from Mirabilandia. Mrs. Mirca welcomed us in the best way, offering us an excellent and rich breakfast.

Couldn't have been better: top cleanliness, kindness and availability of the owner, quiet and comfortable place for parking, abundant breakfast. All qualities that convinced us to return in the years to come.

Excellent location! Hospitality like being with family. Furnished with well-maintained antique furniture. Excellent breakfast, attentive to dietary difficulties due to intolerances. Magnificent garden with gazebo and well maintained. Suitable for families with children, couples, young people, everyone really. I will return.

The premise is that my ratings are always related to B&B experiences. That said, it was a very positive experience. I used the facility only for overnight stays and breakfast. The property is very well maintained in a very quiet location and its name, B&B La Casa dei Fiori, represents it well. Well-kept, fresh, and very comfortable, it is located in a strategic location between leisure services like Mirabilandia and the sea, which can be reached by car or bicycle. The breakfast was as advertised and the staff is incredibly helpful and will meet your needs, even for those accustomed to sweet and savory breakfasts in northern countries. We also found fantastic homemade cakes every day. It was a wonderful accommodation experience and such great availability that I have stored the address to make it a reference point even for the future. For those seeking relaxation and inspiration, I must say it is an excellent place to stay for several days and use it as a base for excursions or rest. Initially, I had some concerns about the passing train nearby, but the main line does not pass, there are no trains at night, and those few passing trains even give the structure a touch of romance. Experience to recommend and repeat. Congratulations.

Very nice and well-kept house. A delightful garden. The lady is truly very kind and discreet and hosted us beyond the agreed time. The arrangement of the rooms is designed so that we do not have to share the bathrooms with other guests. If we have the opportunity, we will definitely come back!

Si trova in ottima posizione per Mirabilandia, in zona tranquilla. La signora molto gentile e disponibile. Colazione abbondante con dolci fatti in casa e la camera, noi eravamo in mansarda, veramente spaziosa e comoda.

Molto accogliente, vicino a Mirabilandia e la signora che la gestisce è gentilissima. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente.

Contentissimo di aver passato tre giorni in mansarda con amico. Camera spaziosa, pulita, luminosa, con arredamento scelto sul vintage ottimamente tenuto, ogni giorno pulizia stanza con cambio di asciugamani per ogni uso, silenzioso, i coniugi titolari molto alla mano cordiali e si sono offerti di accompagnarci in paese per avaria auto. Colazione con torte fatte in casa ed altro. Il giardino è proprio da godersi in compagnia. A presto speriamo.

Accoglienza degna di nota, la signora è gentilissima e disponibile, belle chiaccherate durante la colazione ben fornita di ottime torte "casalinghe". La vicinanza a Mirabilandia era quello che volevamo, per il nostro Marco di 5 anni, raggiungibile in 10 min di auto. La struttura è nuova, pulita, bello il giardino, peccato per le voracissime zanzare. Noi lo consigliamo.

Abbiamo passato due notti in questa struttura e ci siamo trovati veramente bene. Casa molto bella noi eravamo nella stanza in mansarda spaziosissima ben tenuta e pulita, colazione ottima. A pochi minuti sia dal mare che da Mirabilandia. Consigliatissimo.

Cercavamo una struttura nelle vicinanze del parco di Mirabilandia e certamente questa faceva al caso nostro (10min di auto). Padrona di casa molto disponibile e simpatica, posizione tranquilla e prima colazione abbondante.
