The structure is very quiet, as it is immersed in the greenery, in an area that separates from the inhabited center, although it still remains part of it. Vittorio is very helpful throughout the stay. Very tasty and varied breakfast, although the toast was missing to be flavored with homemade jam.

To definitely return. We were guests at Villa Dei Gelsi... A location just a few dozen meters from the sea but once you enter the entrance driveway of the property you find yourself immersed in nature among olive trees, succulent plants, and other fruit trees, a place where tranquility and silence reign. Morning breakfast under a pergola of grapes, and a table laden with all imaginable delicacies starting from the delicious homemade jams. Mr. Vittorio, a wonderful person, pampered us and satisfied our every request. For the next trip to Loano, it will definitely be our accommodation destination. Ivan & Monica.

If you are looking for a relaxing place surrounded by greenery, I recommend it. Very clean and nothing is missing. There is no TV, but I didn't miss it. The manager is exceptionally kind. The breakfast is super abundant, served under a portico surrounded by a vine that has given its maximum fruits in this period. Delicious grapes. It's a pity I only stayed for 2 days, but I will definitely return.

A peaceful place in the green where you can spend time relaxing, nice room with French door to the garden, Mr. Vittorio is a very kind and helpful person.

Quiet place, well-structured room and bathroom, great for a relaxing period.

Dirty. La Casa dei Gelsi is full of cobwebs in the room and insects, both alive and dead. Not recommended.

Kind and caring manager. Structure immersed in the greenery where you can admire the sparkle of fireflies and listen to the frogs' singing. Close to the highway and the town center.

Despite being in the center of Loano, the location is quiet surrounded by greenery. The room is clean and brand new. The owner is friendly and very helpful.

Vittorio is an exceptional host, attentive to the guest's needs but at the same time very discreet. Breakfast is top-notch with fresh bread, cakes, and jams, all strictly homemade by Vittorio. Highly recommended!

A pleasant surprise, from the welcome of the discreet, very kind and excellent in the kitchen owner, to the well-kept structure both in the garden and inside, in a rustic style. Genuine breakfast, homemade from bread, to cakes (a different one every day), to jams... all strictly organic and fair trade! Wonderful stay. A must return.

My husband and I, along with our husky Cherry, had a great time in this corner with a tropical garden, well-kept lawns, breakfast in the garden, and the kindness and availability of the property owner.

Cozy structure immersed in a well-kept and flowery garden, we were welcomed by Vittorio, a very discreet person who takes care of this place in a warm and familiar way. Homely breakfast with excellent homemade jams and bread. Clean rooms decorated in a charming mix of ethnic and retro style. We rested wonderfully surrounded by the silence of nature but just a few minutes from the center of Loano. If we needed, we will definitely return there.

I stayed at La Casa dei Gelsi with my boyfriend for 4 nights at the end of August and I couldn't be more satisfied! Vittorio is a splendid person, the ideal owner: helpful, discreet, quiet, and with a passion (and skill) for baking cakes! The location is outside the center, about a 15-minute walk from the seaside; to reach the property, you have to walk along a small road, not very busy but with everything you need (bars, pharmacy, supermarket, pizzeria, bakeries) and full of other structures and campsites. Once you arrive at the property, you will feel like you are in another world: quiet, cool, surrounded by greenery and... by a friendly cuddly cat and a shy dog! Brand new and very clean room and bathroom, with air conditioning and mosquito net above the bed. But the real highlight is the breakfast in the garden, consisting of fresh homemade bread, different cakes every day, and garden jams! Possibility to use the outdoor kitchen and/or barbecue and possibility to leave your luggage even after check-out. Long review, but this B&B deserves it.

Great property for those who want peace and relaxation with the advantage of being just a couple of kilometers from the center of Loano and therefore from the sea. Breakfast outdoors, in the garden, very good and abundant with sweets and bread prepared directly by the owner, Mr. Vittorio, a very kind and exquisite person who has shown great availability. I recommend it to those who desire relaxation and tranquility in the Loano area.

Abbiamo passato un piacevole week end alla casa dei gelsi. Immersa in un bellissimo giardino dove si può gustare una colazione genuina ed abbondante, al fresco e in totale relax. Le camere sono nuove, spaziose, pulite ed accoglienti. Con una camminata di 20 minuti si raggiungono il centro e la spiaggia. Ciò che maggiormente contraddistingue La Casa dei Gelsi è le gentilezza e la disponibilità di Vittorio, il proprietario, che ti fa sentire come a casa. Torneremo sicuramente!

Posto incantevole a contatto con la natura. Dista a pochi minuti da centro e lungomare. Il proprietario Signor Vittorio è sempre cortese e gentile.

La Casa dei Gelsi è un'oasi di pace. Si percepisce la cura con cui viene gestita. La casa è accogliente, ariosa e pulita. Il signor Vittorio è molto disponibile e attento ai suoi ospiti. La colazione è varia e abbondante e il fatto che sia servita in giardino la rende ancora più piacevole. Comodissimo il posto auto; si può andare al mare con una passeggiata di 20-25 minuti senza il fastidio di dover parcheggiare. Lo consiglio e conto di tornarci.

Posto molto tranquillo, fresco, naturale. Un bel giardino per fare colazione all'aperto, circondato da vegetazione mista, a volte brulla ma molti alberi e fiori di vario genere, dalla stanza al primo piano si gode un bel panorama. Un po' lontano dalla spiaggia ma c'è posto per l'auto oppure ci si può avvicinare e lasciarla prima di arrivare alla via Aurelia. Stanze con bagno e balcone in comune, semplici ma ordinate e pulite. Colazione ricca con succo, latte, te e caffè, confetture e pane fatti in casa, biscotti e fette naturali. Il gestore é come un "vecchio amico", ti senti subito a tuo agio ma senza salamelecchi, sembra far parte della natura del posto. Buona impressione, ritornerei volentieri. Fulvio.

Il signor Vittorio è super disponibile e gentile, e ci ha offerto una colazione molto abbondante con prodotti fatti in casa, il tutto nel giardino sotto un gazebo. Si dorme tranquilli e al fresco, con vista sulle montagne e c'è libertà totale per quanto riguarda l'orario di rientro. La struttura ai trova a 10-15 min a piedi dal centro, quindi non c'è traffico ed è comoda se si arriva in treno o se si vuole lasciare la macchina per andare in giro a piedi.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura e sono stato benissimo come se fossi stato in famiglia grazie al gestore Vittorio una persona accogliente e squisitissima. All'inizio ero un po' restio a causa del bagno in comune, ma il problema non sussiste in quanto il sig. Vittorio è una persona attenta alla pulizia. Colazione abbondante, la struttura immersa nel verde e nella tranquillità a due passi dal mare. Ci ritornerò sicuramente. Un ringraziamento particolare a Vittorio.

Fantastica casa immersa nella natura, il giardino splendido in cui fare una colazione super abbondante con torte marmellate e moltissimo altro fatto in casa dal fantastico padrone di casa. Le camere ed il bagno molto pulite, consigliatissimo.

Il posto è affascinante per chi ama la campagna/collina. La cucina all'aperto sotto la tettoia, il prato e il terrazzo sono i punti di forza. Non la consiglio per chi ha palati fini e non è abituato alla vita all'aria aperta. Non c'è separazione tra gli ingressi della casa del gestore e delle camere. il bagno in comune può essere un problema se le tre camere sono tutte occupate. Per andare al mare occorre prendere la macchina. Il gestore è molto cortese e discreto ma non ha rilasciato fattura.

In zona collinare, immerso nel verde, silenzioso e tranquillo. Gestore disponibile e gentile. La colazione, ottima e abbondante, è il punto di forza.
