Lorenzo very helpful and accommodating, central location in Florence, great room and bathroom, a small drawback on the vacuum-packed breakfast. We recommend this establishment.

Super satisfied! Strategic location as it is a stone's throw from the Duomo and a few minutes from all the most important monuments. The manager is extremely helpful! Breakfast was not served but offers a wide selection, we were also told that we could enjoy it at other times of the day. I will definitely come back!

Excellent place, clean, well maintained. Very kind staff: they do everything to make you feel good. Whatever request you have, they will try to satisfy it. Highly recommended.
