This was my third visit to the wonderful B&B La Terrazza sul Mare and we were not disappointed. It is the most perfect place to stay. The Monello Family are so welcoming and accommodating, they are incredibly special people who go out of their way to make you comfortable. The place itself is quiet and chilled out. It felt like an oasis amidst the crowds of ferragosto! Avola is fabulous and close to some amazing beaches so the location is perfect. Breakfast consists mostly of homemade goodies, fruits from the Monello's farm and even jam made from those fruits. My daughter, who can be a fussy eater, ate very well at breakfast! Our whole holiday experience was so special and we would definitely come again, we would come every year if we could! Thank you for having us to stay!

We spent a week at this property and had a great time. The owners are always kind and available for a chat. The B&B allows direct access to the sea, provided you have suitable shoes because there are rocks. The garden is an oasis of peace where you can sunbathe in complete tranquility. The breakfast is plentiful. We also made friends with other guests, which helped create a pleasant atmosphere of familiarity that left us with a pleasant memory of the holiday.

Great location, seafront with direct access to the beach (about 100 meters from the internal gate). Well-kept and well-maintained structure, very well-kept English lawn. Outside the center of Avola and close to the seafront (reachable in 5 minutes by car), in a quiet location. Very comfortable superior room, and sea view from three different points (even from the bathroom!). The owners are very kind and discreet, available and always ready to have a chat. The only note about breakfast: little variety and few local products... with the excellent raw materials you have in southeastern Sicily, you should dare more! Overall, 4 very satisfying days.

The structure is located in a very beautiful and strategic position. Beautiful garden directly by the sea. Convenient parking. It's a pity that the posidonia has accumulated on the shore and makes access to the sea from the garden impossible. The room was a bit small and the wardrobe insufficient. However, we slept well because the sea breeze naturally refreshes the air (without the need to turn on the air conditioner).

I stayed with my family in this corner of paradise, we had a great time, stunning sea, very kind hosts always available, thank you to everyone.

Great structure overlooking a wonderful sea, what a pleasure to go down just with a towel to dive into the sea! Let's talk about the well-kept garden where you can relax to read or eat: spectacular. Excellent cleanliness every day, definitely better than some hotels. Complete breakfast with local food and fruits where the local delicacies could not be missing: Almonds. Thanks to the staff and especially to the very kind Mrs. Grazia and her husband with whom we chatted cordially.

I really can't find a fault in B&B La Terrazza sul Mare. The hosts, lovely people, make you feel truly at home. The structure is very well-kept, rooms are very beautiful and super clean, fantastic location, falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the sea is priceless. Highly recommended.

Io e mia moglie siamo stati ospiti di questa struttura a conduzione familiare, ottima posizione a pochi metri dalla spiaggia, stupenda terrazza che si affaccia sul mare, ottima colazione con prodotti di propria produzione, famiglia simpaticissima, gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo alloggiato presso questa struttura durante la prima settimana di agosto, e abbiamo trascorso davvero una magnifica vacanza, all'insegna della serenità e della bellezza della natura, di cui ne erano espressione il giardino ben curato e lo splendido mare. La posizione della struttura è ottima: essa è infatti situata di fronte a uno specchio di mare a cui però è possibile accedere solo attraverso gli scogli, ma fortunatamente 100 m più avanti è presente una spiaggia sabbiosa con un mare davvero pulito (vi arrivava persino una sorgente), e a soli 5 minuti di macchina è possibile raggiungere la bellissima spiaggia di Pantanello. Da apprezzare l'ottima ospitalità dei proprietari, che ogni mattina ci dilettavano con una ricca colazione deliziosa e genuina. Per quanto riguarda le stanze, la pulizia era impeccabile e l'arredamento di uno stile caldo, consono allo stile della struttura e al temperamento dei proprietari, molto solari e disponibili. Nel complessivo un b&b consigliatissimo!:)

Abbiamo passato una vacanza di una settimana e possiamo dire di esserci trovati bene. Ottima posizione la struttura si affaccia sul mare e si trova a poca distanza da una spiaggia di sabbia fine, attrezzata con ombrelloni e sdraio e dove si può pranzare guardando il mare a pezzi modici. In generale tutto bene.

Accoglienza attenta e disponibile in un ambiente confortevole e simpatico. Accesso diretto alla spiaggia, comunque vicina alle spiagge principali. Posizione comodissima anche per punto di appoggio per la visita delle località circostanti. Da ritornarci.

Abbiamo trovato una bellissima struttura ben organizzata. Il gestore della struttura e i suoi collaboratori sono stati cortesi e disponibili. La colazione preparata da una cuoca eccezionale con mille prelibatezze ogni giorno diverse. La nostra stanza aveva un terrazzo bellissimo con vista sul mare.

A great place to stay. Super room with balcony and sea view. Excellent sandy beach, good for swimming right on doorstep. First class breakfast; especially loved the fresh fruit. Great to be able to sit outside in garden with sea view whilst having breakfast. Hosts friendly and helpful. Honesty bar for water, beer & wine much appreciated. Very good eating places within walking distance thò number limited. Parking on site but tight entry to parking area. The only negative was that it was not made clear before we arrived that credit/debit cards were not accepted and we had to pay cash. In addition to the price quoted Tourist tax was added.

Il B&B ha una posizione straordinaria a pochi metri da mare. L’ospitalità è perfetta, grazie alla simpatia e alla coordinazione di tutta la famiglia che gestisce il B&B. La camera assegnata era abbastanza grande e veniva pulita giornalmente.

Ottima posizione con accesso diretto al mare e non lontano dal centro cittadino. Camera ampia e pulizia ottimale, con vista mare. Colazione eccellente con prodotti locali, gentilissimi i gestori.

Struttura in posizione privilegiata con accesso diretto al mare. La nostra camera era grande, confortevole e molto pulita. Anche il bagno spazioso e nuovo. Bello il giardino con prato inglese e alberi dove si fa colazione a buffet. Vista la splendida cornice gli spazi comuni potrebbero essere migliorati in particolare il cortile interno e la reception. Colazione semplice ma molto soddisfacente con frutta fresca locale.

Ottima posizione direttamente sul mare, gentilissimi i proprietari che ci hanno accolto come fossimo di famiglia.

Wonderful! The house is exactly like the pictures, is located in Avola. Avola is 15 minutes drive from Syracusa, nice and beautiful city. With a lovely and big free beach. Grazia and paulo are lovely and super welcoming. Their house is really by the sea, exemplary cleanliness. The beach is 20 meters from the house by a path almost private. The parking of the house is perfect. Having breakfast in the garden facing the sea is just a marvel. The breakfast is great, fruit, cakes, salty and the coffee is really good. In addition to the top of the alley I advise you a gourmet stop to discover the products of sicily to "il terrone" at a really low price! all spend exceptional holidays.

Posto bellissimo con accesso diretto alla spiaggia, comodissimo! Bello il giardino vista mare dove si può fare colazione, rilassarsi e fare una doccia veloce quando si torna dalla spiaggia. Camera molto spaziosa (eravamo 2 adulti e 2 bambine), luminosa e pulitissima. Colazione perfetta con prodotti locali buonissimi. Sicuramente il valore aggiunto sono i gestori, molto cordiali e disponibilissimi ad ogni esigenza. Purtroppo abbiamo soggiornato solo 2 notti ma sicuramente ci ritorneremo. Lo consigliamo a tutti quelli che hanno bambini, che vogliono rilassarsi e magari andare in spiaggia senza avere l'incubo di dover prendere l'auto anche in ferie.

Struttura piacevole posizione panoramica affacciata sul mar Ionio, camere pulitissime, buona la colazione con prodotti freschi sia dolci che salati e frutta di stagione, un bel giardino e parcheggio interno. I gestori sono gentili e molto e disponibili sempre pronti a rispondere alle esigenze dei clienti.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per una settimana e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La nostra stanza era primo piano con terrazzino e la vista sul mare laterale. Nella camera ci sono tutte le comodità frigobar la doccia con i sanitari nuovi nuovi il tutto è molto pulito e molto curato nei dettagli nei particolari. Al mattino ci attendeva una colazione molto colorata è molto ricca di frutta fresca e marmellate fatte in casa (quella al limone è spettacolare). Al nostro arrivo ci sono state fornite tutte le indicazioni per passare al meglio il nostro soggiorno la famiglia e dei gestori è molto gentile e pronto a tutte le richieste dei clienti ci siamo trovati benissimo torneremo sicuramente al B&B "La Terrazza sul Mare".

La struttura e in una posizione favorevole per chi vuole visitare luoghi di cultura e vicinissima al mare con spiagge stupende. È a gestione famigliare e tutti molto cordiali e disponibili nel darti indicazioni e sostegno su qualsiasi richiesta. Vacanza indimenticabile. Noi la consideriamo ottima.

Accueil chaleureux par les propriétaires et fils. Ils sont disponibles et de bons conseils. Très joli B&B situé en bord de mer. chambres avec terrasse. Les petits-déjeunés sont copieux et délicieux avec confiture maison et de saison (oranges un vrai délice, coing et prunes) + petits gâteaux préparés la veille par la maîtresse de maison. Les petits-déjeunés sont pris sur la pelouse en face de la mer. Je le conseille vivement.
