I wouldn't know where to start to describe this surreal experience. I tried to contact the property to inform them that I would be arriving in the afternoon instead of at lunchtime, no response so I tried calling both numbers provided, no response. We arrive and a lady greets us by scolding us as if she were my mother. I tell her, with calls and WhatsApp messages in hand, that I had tried to contact her but she continues to insist that the number I provided was incorrect (I underline that I sent her the transfer receipt on WhatsApp, and that she responded, so she definitely had my number). We finally check in and close the room to rest for 5 minutes and shortly after she shows up at the door and tells us that she's leaving, disturbing our rest (from my mother to my grandmother, it's a quick transition). In the meantime, I discover that she has flooded my email with very low-level and offensive messages. Upon her return, I go to her to pay, it's not possible to pay by card (2025!) and I have to make a transfer (and pay the fees) or pay in cash. But at this point in the story, she finally apologizes, giving me a long talk about all her problems. Shortly after, my partner goes out and is again harassed by her, who tries to offend me for my obvious discontent (which I would say is legitimate, given the things she wrote to me). In the evening we go out and there she is again, ready for a scolding, looking us up and down. Two more emails of apologies, it's stalking. In the morning we wake up and go to the kitchen for breakfast, we find her there asking "Are you having breakfast?" without even the possibility of reading the various items available. We have a coffee with her while she stares at us in the kitchen. We finally leave, and out of our good manners, we say goodbye to her. Response: I don't think so, given what happened. A nightmare experience, on the edge between harassment and rudeness.

Mi spiace, ma avete lasciato un numero sbagliato non su wathsapp ma su b&b Italia... potete controllare, e avete chiamato il mio ex marito, che purtroppo non riesco a fare eliminare il numero e non posso mettere il mio, la colazione era pronta in giardino, voi avete voluto solo un caffè, e per quanto riguarda tutti quei 1, perché non Ve ne siete andati?per 21€??Ve li avrei ridati, non rubo niente a nessuno, e poi fai con tutte le recensioni belle che ci sono una rancorosa eci sta, da. più credibilità alle altre... Buone vacanze... consiglio un po' calmante.
