I recommend this property to everyone, meticulously cared for and managed by two very courteous ladies. We stayed in a room with a large terrace overlooking the garden and with a distant sea view. We traveled with a medium-sized dog, who was welcomed without any problems. The town offers bars and restaurants.

We spent a week in Molise staying at this splendid bed and breakfast in Petacciato, managed by Mrs. Rosanna and her daughter Concetta. From the day of arrival to the day of departure, we immediately noticed seriousness and professionalism. The rooms are spacious, cute, and with an enviable sea view. Every morning breakfast on the terrace with a sea view (spectacular!) always rich, from sweet to savory and in the company of Bianca, a cute little cat always ready to be pampered. After many years of traveling around Italy, for the first time we found a manager who on the day of departure gave us a gift; we had never experienced such kindness before. A thank you to Molise which gave us unforgettable moments and to the kindness and courtesy of the people from Molise.

Structure with spacious rooms and terraces with stunning sea views. In the morning the very nice owners Concetta and Rosanna prepare delicious breakfasts to start the day with energy! I would not hesitate to go back also for the beautiful, uncrowded beaches of Petacciato truly beautiful!

Villa in the green, well cared for among trees and flowers of various colors: La Terrazza sul Mare overlooking the sea, with tastefully furnished tables, every morning for breakfast, a whirl of colors of different tablecloths. Nice location like La Terrazza sul Mare, a bit too far from the sea to walk there. Recommended for the friendliness of the owner.

Ottima posizione con vista spettacolare sul mare, colazioni golosissime in ambiente accogliente e bucolico, notevole disponibilità e gentilezza dei titolari. Punto di partenza per spiagge e luoghi di interesse storico-artistico. È stata una piacevolissima vacanza.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 10 giorni e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La nostra camera era paragonabile a una piccola suite, situata in mansarda con un terrazzo da cui godere un paesaggio stupendo: vista mare, lussureggiante giardino e vallata sottostante. L'intera struttura, piacevolissima, a completa disposizione degli ospiti. Il meraviglioso giardino (curatissimo), ricco di fiori dà una sensazione di pace e relax immediata. I gestori sono cordiali, efficienti e disponibili, pronti a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Si caratterizzano per la squisita ospitalità e per mettere a proprio agio gli ospiti, come se si fosse in famiglia. Un grazie sentito a Rosanna, Concetta, e al futuro sposo Antonello. È stato un weekend breve ma bellissimo, la struttura e i gestori sono meravigliosi e la terrazza è favolosa. Provare per credere. A presto!

Posizione molto buona, gestori molto cordiali e disponibili.

C'e poco da dire, siamo stati bene come da amici, struttura ottima, forse per chi ama vicino il mare non soddisfa ma in 5 minuti si arriva con l'auto sulla spiaggia ampia, pulita e anche park sempre libero, altrimenti costi irrisori. La gestione è all'altezza del servizio, altri gestori della zona non hanno ancora capito cosa significa B&B in italiano. Saluti a tutta la famiglia che gestisce la struttura.
