Now wake up and go to Donatella and Francesco to experience what you just dreamed of, and you will realize that the rating scale from 1 to 10 is not enough: for these two hosts, an extension would be needed... and I'm not referring to hair! When you live a splendid experience from all points of view. With this premise, I start by saying that the structure is ideal as a base for your stay, fantastic panorama, internal parking within the structure, located a few minutes from the center of Perugia. The room is extremely clean, furnished in a complete and functional way, it doesn't lack anything for its guests. Our stay was very pleasant, we were warmly welcomed by a person, Donatella, who immediately made us feel at ease. She took us to the splendid assigned room and explained with extreme gentleness all the room facilities, she inquired, not taken for granted, about our trip to reach the structure. Shortly after, Francesco welcomed us, a person who impressed us from the first moment with his kindness and spontaneity. We really liked learning that in his spare time, he dedicates himself to many works to keep the structure perfectly in order, he enjoys walks with Donatella, taking advantage of his excellent knowledge of the area. We could only stay for 2 nights due to work commitments, but in complete relaxation. Excellent mattress, memory foam pillows, and in the wardrobe, there were 2 excellent spare pillows. We really liked the space created in a similar wardrobe where we found an excellent refrigerator, a wonderful electric coffee maker with a supply of coffee and other goodies that we won't go into detail about. Breakfast, for the type of structure, is fantastic with homemade sourdough bread, fig, cherry, and plum jams naturally homemade like the yogurt, excellent quality brioche, very good espresso coffee, all served in a splendid and panoramic environment. We reluctantly left this splendid structure kept impeccably, we were pleased to learn from Francesco that the structure is self-sufficient in terms of energy and above all plastic-free, we highly recommend this structure to visit some of the most beautiful villages in Umbria.

My partner and I stayed at this B&B located on the hill of Perugia. What can I say, the location offers a charming view. The house, where the owners also live, is independent and surrounded by a beautiful garden. The entire structure is very well maintained and cared for. In the morning, we were greeted on their veranda with an excellent breakfast with everything necessary and with zero-kilometer products such as the jams prepared by the lady, yogurt, and bread. Despite the hillside location, in just a few minutes by car you reach a free parking lot from where, with a short walk, you arrive in the center of Perugia! Furthermore, the owners pointed out the main destinations in Umbria to visit, also suggesting multiple places to visit together and indicating some places where we could have lunch or dinner! For our first time in Umbria, we can say that the region has won us over. Highly recommended. Who knows, maybe we'll come back one day.

A real discovery! Beautiful and welcoming structure, clean and well organized, provides all the comforts for a pleasant stay. Excellent value for money. The owners are kind and attentive to every detail, including advice on what to see and where to eat, they haven't missed a beat, both in discovering Perugia and the nearby villages.

We really enjoyed our stay at Le Terrazze B&B. The apartment is nicely furnished, spacious, and very clean; it has a dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable bathroom, and a beautiful bedroom. The owners were very helpful and hospitable. The B&B offers a beautiful view of the countryside around Perugia. I recommend this property to everyone.

Un luogo incantevole tra cielo e terra sulle colline di Perugia, immerso nella natura ma a soli 15' di auto. Armonia, buon gusto, cordialità e cura di ogni particolare. La casa è accogliente e dotata di ogni comfort, la colazione abbondante, buona e homemade :) Il proprietario è molto simpatico, disponibile, appassionato, attento a non far mancare nulla agli ospiti ma discreto. Vale la pena trascorrere piu di un giorno. Torneremo senz'altro. Consigliato a chi apprezza le cose vere, belle, curate e rispettose della natura. Grazie di tutto, anche del navigatore vivente e di Simon&Garfunkel ;)

Posto tranquillo, proprietari disponibilissimi, simpatici e cordiali, camera comoda e con tutti gli accessori possibili, letto comodo. Nel verde ma vicino perugia a 15 minuti. Consigliatissimo.

B&B panoramicissimo sulle colline a 4/5 km da Perugia, fuori dal traffico cittadino ed ideale per raggiungere le mete turistiche umbre. Abbiamo pernottato tre notti nell'appartamento indipendente pulitissimo e fornito di tutti i comfort, come stare a casa propria. I proprietari Francesco e Donatella simpatici, disponibili e discreti.

Posta sulle colline intorno Perugia, la struttura si presenta curata e di buon gusto. Camera non grandissima, ma pulita e confortevole. Il titolare è molto gentile e disponibile. Il prezzo onesto. Lo consiglio senza dubbio.

I gestori sono molto accoglienti, squisiti, disponibili, entusiasti del loro lavoro. La struttura di recente costruzione é pulita e perfettamente curata in ogni angolo. L' appartamento è ampio e vivibile (noi siamo 2 adulti e 3 bambini); wi fi, 2 tv, calcio balilla, cucina attrezzata, phon, caffè, non manca nulla.

Tutto ottimo, a cominciare dai gestori, Francesco e Donatella, lavorano con passione e il loro B&B, è da essi contagiato, ci si sente veramente accolti. difatti sabato 6 settembre ci ritorneremo.
