Truly wonderful house, equipped with every comfort and everything you might need in a home. The house is very clean, on the first floor of a lovely building in the city center, with an elevator. There are air conditioners in every room, two TVs, and there is also Wi‑Fi provided by the owners. Honestly, I can say that to date this apartment is the most complete, new, and above all the most beautiful of all those we have rented so far. When we first set foot inside we were truly amazed by so much beauty and comfort. It is also located just steps from the Mercato del Capo, a 6-8 minute walk from the Ballarò market and about the same from the Vucciria. Five minutes on foot and you are in the main streets of the center. In addition, the owners, besides being nice people, are very attentive and kind; they let us check in three hours early and allowed us to leave the apartment in the afternoon before taking the ferry. If I could, I would give more than 10 stars. When we return to Palermo, if it is available, it will certainly be our first choice.

Delightful house, cozy and well cared for in the details. Great location for those who want to stroll and visit the city center. The cleanliness is impeccable and Laura and Claudia are very kind.

We stayed in this wonderful apartment as a base for visiting Palermo due to its convenience: it is located in the center, just 2 steps from the cathedral and right behind the Teatro Massimo. Easy to reach by public transport from the airport (the shuttle has a stop 10 minutes walk from the bnb). The kitchen is super equipped with any appliance (if one wanted to cook). The booking formula does not include breakfast, but the hosts still made sure we found tea, coffee, water, toast and a basket of fresh fruit from the neighborhood market in the apartment. We felt immediately welcomed and the owners are always available via WhatsApp for any eventuality! Before arriving, we asked for information on what we absolutely could not miss in Palermo (or what/where to eat!) and they gave us various tips, even offering the possibility of acting as intermediaries with a local guide who would take us around to visit the city. If I were to return to Palermo, I would definitely try to book here!

My mother and a friend stayed at Santa Maruzza in mid-May, among the first guests of the property. The owners, Laura and Claudia, were very kind and helpful both at check-in and throughout the entire stay. The welcome was excellent, and the apartment, meticulously cared for, made them feel at home. They particularly appreciated the panoramic balcony and the excellent location of the property, just steps from numerous attractions and services in the city. Despite the central location, the apartment is very quiet. If they were to return to Palermo, they would certainly know where to stay!

I had the pleasure of staying at Santa Maruzza from June 2nd to 5th and I couldn't have made a better choice. The house is beautiful: bright, spotless, and meticulously cared for in every detail. The location is perfect, in the heart of the historic center of Palermo, just a few steps from the Cathedral and picturesque corners like Piazza Beati Paoli. The apartment is equipped with every comfort: air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, super-equipped kitchen, washing machine, and a small balcony with a charming view of the city rooftops. Every room radiates warmth and hospitality, with an atmosphere that makes you feel at home right away. A special thank you goes to Laura and Claudia, two exceptional hosts. Always smiling, helpful, and full of valuable advice on what to see, where to eat, and how to experience Palermo in its authenticity. Their passion for hospitality and for the city is reflected in every detail of the apartment and makes the experience truly unique. I recommend Santa Maruzza to anyone wanting to experience Palermo in an authentic and comfortable way. A little gem not to be missed!

I visited Santa Maruzza in May, shortly after the opening, and I was truly impressed. The structure is brand new, well cared for in detail, and very welcoming: you can clearly feel the love and attention that have been put into decorating it. The location is very central, perfect for those who want to explore the city on foot without giving up the possibility of reaching the sea in a day. A rare balance to find! A special thanks to Laura and Claudia, who were extremely helpful and kind: always present with a smile and ready to give useful advice on where to eat or what to visit. Everything was clean, tidy, and functional. It was a truly positive experience that I happily recommend to anyone looking for an authentic, comfortable, and quality stay. I will gladly return!
