I had a great stay. The room is spacious and full of charm. The balcony and the view are sublime. Roberta's apartment has a real soul, the owner is a big part of it.

Attentive host, meticulous and very helpful, kind and present for every need. Her house is splendid, researched in every detail, refinement and good taste have characterized my unfortunately short stay. The house is in a spectacular building to say the least and is located in the historic center, characteristic, culturally rich in wonderful sites, full of places for evenings with friends, very close to the aquarium and the Expo, with all its attractions.

The Bed & Breakfast is located in the attic of the Aulico Palazzo Giustiniani, from the seventeenth-eighteenth century, offering an unparalleled view of the roofs, bell towers, and towers of Genoa, from a magnificent terrace where it is pleasant to spend time even in winter. The furnishing choices are very well taken care of: antique and design furniture, exotic or essential, combined with refinement and personality. The attic room is not huge but extremely comfortable, with direct access to the terrace. The bathroom is spacious and with a window. The television was missing, which personally I consider a virtue rather than a flaw. Self-service breakfast, but still good. The excellent focaccia, which in Genoa is eaten with coffee, deserves an 8. The owner was extremely friendly, helpful, and at the same time discreet: an excellent host. The price may be above average, but considering the quality, and the proximity to the Cathedral of San Lorenzo, Palazzo Ducale, and the Old Port, it is well worth it. Highly recommended!

Disponibilità di Roberta (gestore) veramente impagabile, attrezzata anche per il posteggio auto, che a genova non è un dettaglio. Vista spettacolare dei tetti di Genova e terrazzino che avremmo voluto sfruttare, ma il tempo meteo non ce lo ha permesso.

Great location and wonderful apartment. The apartment was wonderful, large, lovely, clean and very comfortable. It is situated right in the heart of the old town, walking distance to the Porto Antico, the Cathedral and the essential areas. The building is served by elevator, and Roberta was very friendly and helpful. We loved this apartment very much and hope to come back soon.

La nostra breve vacanza ligure è stata indimenticabile anche per merito del piacevole soggiorno a Palazzo Giustiniani. Questo B&B è una dimora meravigliosa e raffinata nel cuore di Genova, con ampia terrazza e vista mozzafiato sui tetti. La disponibilità e gentilezza di Roberta inoltre sono fattori per niente scontati. Consigliatissimo.

Sono appena tornato da Genova dopo un soggiorno brevissimo ma più che soddisfacente nella camera del BB di Roberta e mi sono trovato benissimo. L'appartamento all'ultimo piano del palazzo storico della famiglia dei Giustiniani, è comodo essendo il palazzo dotato di ascensore e la camera fornita di terrazzo panoramico sui tetti della città. La posizione è strategica essendo centrale a due passi dalla Cattedrale e da Piazza De Ferrari. Roberta la proprietaria ci ha dato informazioni preziose e ci ha accolto con cortesia e calore un soggiorno perfetto!

Accoglienza ottima, soggiorno ancora meglio. Appartamento a due passi da tutto ciò che è importante visitare in una città come Genova. Proprietaria disponibilissima e gentile. Grazie di tutto.

Posizione centralissima vista sui tetti comodissimo per girare a piedi, abbiamo lasciato l'auto in un parcheggio a buon prezzo e Roberta la proprietaria di casa ci ha accompagnate in auto sia all'arrivo che al ritorno. Appartamento luminosissimo e silenzioso, fantastico, un letto molto comodo e un bagno grande con finestre e grande doccia. Lo consiglio.

L'unico 8 è per la colazione semplicemente perché non l'abbiamo fatta, nonostante ci fosse e sembrasse molto invitante, per cui non posso valutare. Per tutto il resto, non posso che consigliarlo: stanza bella e curatissima, così come il resto dell'appartamento e dello splendido palazzo. Posizione che più centrale non si può. Padrona di casa gentilissima, ci ha perfino portato al parcheggio e ci è venuta a prendere. Più che consigliato.

Ultimo piano di un palazzo antico, ristrutturato. Terrazza e camera splendidi. Vista bellissima sui tetti di Genova. Vicino a tutto ciò che c'è da vedere in centro. Gestore disponibile e gentile.

Excellente situation dans la vieille ville tout en étant calme et ensoleillé. Bel appartement confortable dans un palis rénové. Très bon accueil de la propriétaire.

Magnifique chambre très bien équipée dans un appartement superbement décoré au dernier étage d'un palais très bien restauré. Splendide vue sur les toits et les clochers de la ville depuis la terrasse. Palais idéalement placé dans le centre historique pour permettre de visiter la ville à pied. Accueil chaleureux de Roberta et conseils éclairés sur les bonnes adresses de restaurants. Merci encore Roberta.

Palazzo storico meraviglioso in centro storico, ad un passo dai siti di interesse, vedi cattedrale, porto antico. Insomma posizione fantastica per visitare la città. casa accogliente con grande salone elegante ove si fa colazione. Camera romantica ben arredata con terrazza, bagno privato moderno con doccia spaziosa. WiFi ben funzionante. Proprietaria molto accogliente ma discreta; facile comunicazione via mail e telefono.

Penultimo piano di palazzo storico. Trattamento di riguardo svolto con grande semplicità e gentilezza come se fossimo stati amici da sempre senza smancerie ma con grande amabilità. Appartamento bellissimo con terrazza sui tetti. Colazione semplice ma genuina e ottima letto comodissimo bagno raffinato trattamento di grande riguardo! Appena ho un giorno libero ci vorrei tornare! Grazie signora Roberta per averci fatto anche da autista!
