My family and I felt at home, clean place with all the amenities and close to everything in Marina di Modica. We were even provided with a toaster requested in advance. I could take care of the house as there was everything included a vacuum cleaner. Great place.

Casa Teresa Mare is in a great location, both for its proximity to the sea and the city center. The apartment, newly renovated, is arranged optimally both internally and externally and is equipped with all the accessories. Zaira was very kind in providing us with all the information we asked for. A strong point is the private parking space and the outdoor shower. We will definitely come back.

I stayed 2 nights at Casa Teresa Mare. The place is really beautiful, well-kept in every detail, kitchen with induction hob, 5-star hotel bathroom, spacious rooms, Smart TV and internet connection, beautiful veranda and other garden spaces to relax! I felt at home and on vacation at the same time! Truly a beautiful experience. Absolutely recommend!

Casa Teresa Mare is very well taken care of in every detail, both outside and inside. Outside, a large veranda equipped with chairs, table, umbrella, and rocking chairs allows you to enjoy a splendid breakfast, lunch, or dinner outdoors with maximum privacy. Inside, the kitchen is super equipped, nothing is missing and above all the utensils and furniture are new. The bathroom is fantastic, with a large and stunning shower that resembles that of a 4-star hotel. Bed linen and soaps are provided, so there is no need to bring anything. Cleanliness reigns supreme, everything is impeccable. Even the double bed is very comfortable, we always woke up late despite being early risers. The location is exceptional, 250 meters from the sea and a very large clean beach with crystal clear water. Casa Teresa Mare is very close on foot to the center of the village but at the same time it is located in a quiet area. The parking inside Casa Teresa Mare is also very convenient. Recommended to anyone looking for a perfect holiday, where there is nothing more to ask for, also because the owner Zaira has an excellent sense of hospitality and is always available for all the needs and requirements of the guest. I can only give a ten as a score, but such hospitality has no number. The value for money is very balanced compared to the service received as a guest. Highly recommended, if I come back it will definitely be my first choice.
