We had a very pleasant stay at Arcadia Marina, Emanuelito is a very good host. There are some stairs to get to the b&b but it is worth the climb as the view is astonishing.

Lovely place with an exciting view (the little terrace for breakfast and also the upper terrace, which we unfortunately didn't have enough time to enjoy). Managed wisely with care and attention to the environment and the profound meaning of hospitality. The manager doesn't just offer a nice place to sleep, but pays attention to the guests by getting personally involved with great availability. Sought-after, abundant breakfast with a focus on products (local, fair trade, and self-produced).

Lovely place with a soul. Friendliness, warmth, cleanliness. Breakfast is a must-try. Top quality/price ratio.

Emanuelito and his wife are very charming hosts who make extraordinary efforts to ensure their guests have a pleasant stay. They provide tips for activities and restaurants.

A very nice and lovely couple, who run this guesthouse with a lot of love and dedication. I will gladly go back there and book the guesthouse.

Small but cozy room, family management that makes you feel at home. Complete breakfast with everything you need plus salty focaccias. Spectacular view from the rooftop terrace, spending even just half an hour on the hammock looking at the sea is regenerating.

The rooms are pleasant, bright, colorful and clean, the decoration is creative and vintage. The structure is panoramic (but the street below is a bit noisy) with most rooms overlooking the sea (you have to climb). The quality-price ratio is excellent. The managers are very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast is genuine and organic, made up of dishes carefully prepared by the owners. You can use the shared kitchen, kitchenette and fridge. Beautiful rooftop terrace that serves as a solarium, also equipped with a hammock.

Positive overall experience at Arcadia Marina. Excellently located in Porto Maurizio, halfway between the beaches and the historic center, the property is welcoming, although it may need a refresh in the furnishings and services. The managers are very helpful and friendly, breakfast is excellent. Two suggestions: a) sharing a bathroom between three rooms (while a fourth has an exclusive bathroom) could be a problem; b) it would be advisable to have a POS terminal to allow card payments.

Very nice property in a great location close to the sea. Friendly and welcoming manager. Good breakfast. It's nice to be able to use the kitchen and breakfast room to have your meals. The rooms facing Aurelia are a bit noisy. Beautiful rooftop terrace.

Very clean place and a few steps from the sea. Dreamy view. By informing the managers that my boyfriend and I are both anti-speciesist, we found vegan breakfasts every morning. Shared bathroom (unless you choose the room with a private bathroom). Room number 2 (the one we stayed in) does not have mosquito nets on the windows and has a fan in the room. Stunning sea view terrace. Beautiful solarium overlooking the sea. If it can be useful to some users with mobility problems: very steep staircase to access the structure. Very central location, a few minutes from the historic part of Porto Maurizio. Washing machine available.

A beautiful B&B, full of attention to detail. A wonderful rooftop terrace, perfectly equipped, in one of the most beautiful houses on the coast of Imperia. I recommend the place to anyone who enjoys climbing stairs. The host is a local and shares interesting facts about the area and is just a good guy.

Very beautiful structure, the owner very welcoming and kind.

The two managers are very helpful and kind people. They know how to make guests feel at ease and advise them on the best things to do in Imperia and its surroundings. The structure is truly original, with a very special panoramic rooftop terrace. The B&B is just a stone's throw from a quiet, well-kept and clean rocky beach.

This establishment in its entirety and its owner excel in excellence. Precious and picturesque view and location. Warm welcome and contact. Extraordinary and excellent breakfast.

It's all a well-deserved 10 and praise: the structure is fantastic with a breathtaking view and the possibility to enjoy it from the terrace, the managers are two wonderful people who welcomed us infusing a serenity that is good for the heart. Their availability was maximum both towards us, preparing for example breakfast with vegan sweets every day (but being available in everything!) and towards our little dog that felt at home. Go with your eyes closed: you couldn't choose better!

In this short stay, I found paradise. The place is wonderful, overlooking the sea. You enjoy absolute peace and tranquility, despite being close to the Via Aurelia. Very clean B&B and frequented by quiet and polite people. The managers are very hospitable and very kind, always available. The breakfast, even though I'm not vegan, I found it excellent and abundant. Special praise for the focaccia, which is wonderful. Free beaches a 5-minute walk away. Highly recommend it.

Too bad you can only give 5 stars... The place is truly fantastic: the rooms overlook the sea and at the top of the structure there is a wonderful terrace where you can relax, sunbathe or read a good book. Breakfast, usually served from 9 to 10:30 approximately, consists of delicious organic products, both sweet and savory (most of them homemade). The owner Emanuelito is a lovely person, as well as his wife Marybel, with whom you can easily chat. My stay at Arcadia Marina lasted a week, more than enough to get to know both Emanuelito and the structure well. I really enjoyed it and will definitely come back!

Strategic location, a few minutes walk from the loggias of Santa Chiara, a stone's throw from the beach La Foce. The view from the terrace is spectacular, the rooms and common areas are furnished with passion, the atmosphere is welcoming and sunny thanks to Emanuelito and Maribel. A dream place, with breathtaking views of the sea of Imperia, a bright and welcoming house with unusual and intriguing geometries, impeccable cleanliness, attention to details, excellent taste, exquisite breakfast with fresh daily products. Generous, friendly hosts, with whom you immediately become friends and feel at home every time, indeed in a paradise of a home. For many years, whenever I can, I go to Imperia just to return to this magical place, among lemon trees, terraces overlooking the sea, bright rooms, lush vegetation, assured rest and awakening of creativity. A hymn to beauty with an excellent value for money, a stone's throw from the port of Imperia and the historic center. An ideal starting point for enchanting walks along the promenade, even at night.

Kindness, care, and courtesy in a special place for the panorama and tranquility it offers. Quality and genuineness breakfast. The management stands out for its "green" orientation.

Più che un alloggio: camere arredate individualmente, ogni giorno una colazione diversa e gestori che prendono tempo per gli ospiti. Se uno non dovesse pagare alla fine del soggiorno, sarebbe come con gli amici.

Vista mozzafiato, il gestore Emanuelito molto cortese e disponibile. Colazione varia e abbondante e qualche chicca come la crema di riso integrale fatta in casa.

Emanuele, il titolare, è veramente una persona squisita.

Abbiamo potuto usufruire di un terrazzo con una vista spettacolare in maniera quasi esclusiva che ha contribuito a dare valore e qualità alla permanenza.

Io e mio marito siamo stati due notti al B&B di Lele e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Innanzi tutto la struttura è molto bella, in una villa con bellissimo giardino e camere vista mare. La posizione è comodissima in quanto, con una breve passeggiata, si possono raggiungere sia i luoghi sul mare di Porto Maurizio, molto carini e pieni di locali e ristoranti, sia la parte antica della città che è stata una piacevole sorpresa. La colazione perfetta, curata e con prodotti biologici. Consigliato!

Un moment magnifique avec un homme magnifique, je vais lui envoyer des amis rapidement et j'y retournerai avec grand plaisir.

La struttura è veramente bella e i gestori sono davvero in gamba. L'unico inconveniente è la scala che dalla strada principale porta al B&B, molto ripida e faticosa per chi non è abituato. Una volta arrivati il panorama è davvero straordinario. La vista dalla terrazza non ha prezzo. Le colazioni di Lele e Maribel sono staordinarie sempre bio e sempre diverse ogni mattina. Bravi.

La struttura è veramente spettacolare e la vista sul mare lascia senza fiato. Posizione comodissima per raggiungere le spiagge e il centro (pochi minuti a piedi). Fantastica la colazione con ogni giorno proposte nuove e particolari. Il valore aggiunto è senz'altro dato dai propriertari, due persone splendide e disponibilissime, che si fanno in quattro per gli ospiti. Abbiamo trascorso una stupenda vacanza!

Posizione incantevole, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, colazione abbondante. Unico neo, le tre rampe di scale piuttosto ripide per accedere alla struttura che ne comprometterebbero l'utilizzo alle persone anziane o anche con lievi problemi di deambulazione.

Ci sono posti dove si sta bene, posti dove ci si sente a casa e posti dove si lascia un pezzo di cuore. Noi, qui, abbiamo lasciato un pezzo di cuore. Arriviamo all'Arcadia Marina dopo un viaggio piuttosto lungo e dopo una settimana a dir poco sconfortante e veniamo immediatamente accolti, travolti e avvolti da un'ospitalità d'altri tempi. Il gestore ci porta subito a fare un piccolo tour dello splendido giardino, curato nei dettagli, e dell'edificio. Veniamo rapiti dallo stile personale di ogni elemento del luogo: dalla tapezzeria all'arredamento ogni cosa è testimonianza di un viaggio, di un passaggio, di un'esperienza di vita. Siamo in un posto "con l'anima" e su questo non c'è dubbio. I nostri sorrisi si aprono ulteriormente quando, arrivati nella graziosissima cucina comune (con splendida vista mare), il gestore apre il frigo offrendoci due graditissime bottiglie d'acqua e una birra. Siamo in un posto splendido, ricco di una creatività d'animo che trabocca a ogni sguardo e il nostro ospite ci ha appena accolti con acqua fresca e birra ghiacciata. Cosa si può volere di più? Un terrazzo che guarda il mare, da un lato e lo splendido borgo medievale di Porto Maurizio, dall'altro. Inutile dire che c'è e che, anche in questo caso, si tratta di un angolo curato, accogliente e prezioso, come lo sono le belle sorprese. La stanza è anch'essa graziosa, curata e, soprattutto molto pulita. Siamo in Vacanza! Ok, non ci serve davvero nient'altro per essere felici, ma riceviamo un'altra sorpresa, vale a dire una colazione degna di questo nome! Dolce (torte fatte in casa) e salata (focacce con salumi, frittate, e mini panini farciti con mini insalate greche di feta, basilico e cetrioli, succo di frutta, yogourt, ecc. ecc.). Più del giardino, delle stanze, del terrazzo, della pulizia, della colazione, dell'acqua e della birra io e il mio compagno porteremo nel cuore la discrezione, la professionalità e, ripeto, l'anima dei nostri ospiti. Ci sono luoghi, progetti e modi di vivere la vita in cui ogni gesto racconta ed esprime i sogni, la tenacia e forse anche la sofferenza che bisogna mettere lì dentro per realizzarli. Qui c'è tutto, bellezza, sogni e sostanza. Il posto del cuore.

Difficile da descrivere. Meglio la sorpresa e l'emozione della poesia che trasmette questo posto. Si dorme nel mare. Ogni oggetto presente non si trova per caso ma fa parte della armonia della casa. Il signore che ci ha accolte è gentilissimo e, anche se abbiamo parlato poco, si sente la sua sensibilità e attenzione all'altro. Grazie di cuore. Davvero.

Wunderschöne Dachterrasse - wunderschöner Garten - viele liebevolle Details - sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber - phantatstisches Frühstück..allerdings sollte man in der Lage sein, Treppen zu steigen (das ist in Imperia nun mal so...) und auf künstlerisches / alternatives / ökölogisches Ambiente stehen.

Un luogo a dimensione d'uomo, ti fa sentire libero e a casa.

Чудесное место для отпуска! Потрясающий вид из окон на морские просторы радует глаз и успокаивает. Пляж находится всего в 5 минутах (вниз по дороге), равно как и исторический центр (вверх по холму), где аутентичные кафе предлагают разнообразную еду из местных продуктов. Леле и Марибель гостеприимны, открыты новым людям и точно знают, что нужно путешественнику, так как сами много ездят по миру. В их доме очень чисто. На завтрак подаются свежие продукты, выпечка из местных пекарен и другие вкусности. Остановившись у этой замечательной пары, можно получить хорошую возможность познать лигурийскую и итальянскую культуру изнутри.
