My wife and I stayed from May 6 to May 8. The accommodation is located on the top floor of a building facing the Sanctuary of the Madonna delle Lacrime. In a convenient position to reach both the center and the main attractions/historical sites of interest. Very close to the ruins of the old Neapolis of Syracuse. In 15 minutes from the Umbertino Bridge and from the island of Ortigia. Also close to the public transport stop. The room is very nice, tastefully and simply furnished, with new furniture. We had a nice balcony from which we admired Syracuse and Ortigia. Every morning the room was tidied up, towels were replaced, and we were supplied with shampoo and shower gel. The abundant breakfast was served with great courtesy by Ms. Elisa, who was always kind and attentive to our requests. She also suggested places to visit and how to get there. Our experience at Maryam 23, what can I say: excellent. We thank Ms. Elisa and the owners, whom we unfortunately could not meet. They made us feel at home. It is also worth noting the ease of finding free public parking. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Perfect location close to the Basilica and 20 minutes walk to Ortigia island. Free parking available either on the street or on the parking lot in short distance. Great accommodation for a great price.
