We had a very pleasant stay at the Ragusa Inn. The location was great. It was fresh and clean. The shower was great. Breakfast was typically Italian - more sweet than savoury.

The personal attention is non-existent. We were told that we would receive a code to enter before arrival. Not only did we not receive it, but at the check-in time (and before) we called the three available numbers without getting any answer. At 18:20 (almost half an hour after our notice of arrival) a young lady appeared who, in response to our complaint about the lack of attention, argued that 'the check-in was between 6pm and 7pm'. In summary, we arrived tired with suitcases, trying to contact the inn since noon to see if we could check in earlier and yet we had to wait at the door for them to open it for us. A total lack of respect for the traveler.

Signor Gustavo mi dispiace per il suo disappunto. Ci siamo scusati per non aver letto il messaggio e per non aver mandato il messaggio. Poiché trovandoci a 3 minuti a piedi stavamo attendendo il vostro arrivo. Nel suo commento non ha specificato che avete atteso 2/3 minuti circa dalla chiamata. Ci siamo scusati chiarendo che il B&B non ha una reception attiva 24h su 24 e che l' attesa di tre minuti sarebbe stata azzerata se come ci capita nella totalità dei casi i clienti chiamano prima. Mi spiace tanto che l'abbiate letta come una mancanza di rispetto quando si voleva fare l'opposto accogliendovi personalmente. Ci auguriamo di poterla riaverla come ospite e sicuramente potrà ricredersi. La ringraziamo per il suo feedback. Cordialmente Ragusa INN.
