Very welcoming staff, enchanting place, perfect for those seeking a moment of peace and tranquility immersed in beauty! The location is ideal for easily reaching by car the many marvelous places in the Syracuse area and, more generally, in eastern and southern Sicily. It's also wonderful to spend time within the property, enjoying the delightful pool! Highly recommended!

The property is lovely. The room is spacious and comfortable, very convenient for getting around. The pool and garden are very beautiful and well maintained. The owner, Andrea, and Valentina are very kind. We had a great stay.

This was a real gem of a find. In a very peaceful location surrounded by lemon trees and amazingly pretty orleander bushes. It was a calm oasis to return to at the end of a busy day. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the swimming pool stunning and just the right temperature. Our room with a terrace was very spacious with plenty of storage, a welcome fridge and the bed very comfortable. The en-suite had a lovely rainfall shower with plenty of hot water. Andrea, the owner was very welcoming and helpful in suggesting where to visit and good restaurants. He was justifiably proud of his hotel and loved talking about it with my husband. Valentina, who did the breakfasts and the cleaning was so amazing - hard working and could not do enough for you. One of the loveliest people we have ever met! We would definitely recommend this to couples looking for a quiet break yet do not want to be too far from Syracusa and Ortigia. You will need a car, but you can pick that up from the airport. We would definitely return here again and hope that Andrea goes from strength to strength with this business.

We received a good welcome even we arrived late. Nice house well located; only 3min from the E45. Ideal for visiting Seracuse-Ortigia (17min) - Noto (30). Nice and large swimming pool.

Nice stay with a beautiful pool (but not heated, a bit too cold in mid-May), everything very clean. Valentina and Andrea are very kind and helpful, always available. Good breakfast. Located in a place easily accessible to all the baroque cities and about sixty kilometers from the airport. Quiet place. Highly recommended!

Perfectly located to visit the old town, archeological sites and restaurants of Syracuse but also Ragusa, Noto, Scicli, Modica and a chilled day on the beach at Avola! The swimming pool offered some welcome respite at the end of a busy day.

Structure of the highest quality, one of the most beautiful and stylish pools I have ever visited and excellent hospitality. Peaceful and quiet environment. 10/10.

Spacious rooms, well maintained pool area and a friendly host. The breakfast was acceptable but missed some variation, basics such as yoghurt would already help. The hotel is very well located to visit all touristic places in Syracuse.

Well-decorated establishment. Magnificent pool area. Spacious room. Ideal location to explore Syracuse, Noto, and Ragusa. Great kindness from the owner and the lady at breakfast. Well done and thank you.

Structure a few kilometers from Syracuse, very well-kept both internally and externally with a large garden around the pool. Spacious, clean, and well-furnished rooms. Sweet and savory breakfast. The tranquility of the place and the proximity to the main points of interest in the area are greatly appreciated. Owners attentive to satisfying customer requests. Definitely recommended.
