Great communication with the owner - Ivan is a nice and helpful person. The room is comfortable and has a kitchen corner, close to the Vatican and public transport. The room was cleaned every day. We really enjoyed our stay and can fully recommend Campanella3.

Fabulous room with use of a kitchen for breakfast, making drinks and cooking meals if required. The location is perfect, away from the centre, with plenty of restaurants on the doorstep. The property is spotlessly clean and comes highly recommended.

A charming and welcoming family-run Bed and Breakfast. The rooms are comfortable, very clean, and well furnished. Breakfast is 'do it yourself' in a well-stocked kitchen, meaning you can prepare it in peace just like at home... starting with an excellent moka coffee! We were welcomed by the owner Ivan, very friendly and always available, who gave us a series of useful gastronomic suggestions. The property is in a strategic location: the Vatican can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes, and the very close public transport allows you to reach any part of the city. I highly recommend Campanella3 to anyone looking to have a pleasant stay in Rome.

We would definitely repeat at Campanella3! The accommodation is very well located, outside the center but in a nearby and very quiet neighborhood, well connected by public transport and accessible for walking (although a bit far); there are also many excellent restaurants around (Ripasso Vin Bistro, Bradamante bistrot for example) and bakeries (Panificio Bonci). The room was impeccable and the beds were very comfortable. Access to the kitchen at any time is ideal, you can make yourself a tea without any problem or have a beer as at home when you arrive after touring Rome. The included breakfast is sufficient and everything is very well organized and clean. Iván is lovely, he welcomed us and gave us some indications about the area and Rome in general and a map to guide us; he also arranged the round trip transfer to the airport. In conclusion, Campanella3 is a totally recommendable accommodation; we would return without hesitation.

We stayed here for 5 nights. At arrival, we were greeted by the owner (Ivan) outside the building and immediately got a nice introduction of the places to visit in Rome, which we appreciated very much. The room was cozy and equipped with a nice kitchen, filled with everything you need for a typical Italian (sweet) breakfast. The building is situated close to public transport so you get everywhere in Rome. During our stay, Ivan helped us out with extra info and tips, which is priceless. We would recommend this place over the "usual" hotels and will certainly come back if we would do another tour of Rome.

This was the ideal bed and breakfast for our first trip to Rome. The unit is conveniently located a short walk from the subway station. The room was clean, comfortable, and has excellent decor. There is a kitchen where we made ourselves breakfast every morning. The hosts were kind, responsive, and had great tips on navigating the city.

This place is immaculately kept. Clean, crisp towels and bed linen, spotless bathroom and well stocked kitchen. We were met by Ivan at check-in. He was in constant communication from the moment the plane landed to our arrival at the B&B. There he further gave us a number of useful hints for our stay in Rome. Particularly useful were his restaurant recommendations - all of excellent quality. Ivan messaged us regularly to ensure we were satisfied. Check-out was again easy and we were allowed to leave the luggage in the kitchen until our time to leave Rome arrived. The location is very central to the Vatican and very close to the Ottaviano metro stop. Highly recommended.

Excellent location, very close on foot to St. Peter's Square. Excellent reception and availability from the owners, who upon arrival showed us how to easily reach the main places of interest in the city and areas where you can find good food. The breakfast offered is of good quality and adequate quantity for the days of the stay; it is not a freshly served breakfast, but packaged or refrigerated products (bread, croissants, cookies, milk, coffee, fruit juices, jams, butter, etc.) with the possibility of using the small kitchenette available. Small apartment well cleaned and with everything needed and comfortable. We absolutely recommend it!

Pure hospitality, feeling at home while being a guest of Ivan. The apartment provides everything needed for a stay near the Aurelian Walls. There is a common area for breakfast with a fridge, oven, induction hob, toaster, and kettle. Breakfast is single-use and single-dose, as it should be: jam, rusks, brioche, cookies, and sliced bread. In the fridge, with compartments well separated for the 3 rooms, there is water, fruit juices, and milk. For moka lovers, there are 3 coffee makers. The triple room is very comfortable and spacious. Wi-Fi and air conditioning complete the furnishings. The B&B is located in the Prati area, a 5-minute walk from the Ottaviano red metro stop and 25 minutes from the Olympic Stadium. The area is well served and has everything you need: shops, bars, Bonci Bakery, and restaurants. We ate, on Ivan's suggestion, at VELAVEVODETTO, a Roman restaurant that is not very touristy. STOCOTTO is also recommended for sandwich lovers, located less than 300 meters away. Highly recommended. I would gladly return and recommend it to friends. Thank you Ivan! Cosimo, Cinzia, and Luca.

Very pleasant experience at the B&B Campanella3, located very close to the Basilica of St. Peter and in a bustling commercial area, rich in every means of public transportation, shops, and full of various types of venues. The room reserved for us was well arranged and tastefully furnished, complete with every comfort and all the necessary amenities for a carefree holiday. The well-kept and clean environment conveys beautiful sensations. It will be a reference point for our next stays in Rome.

My second stay was just as good as my first. The property is in a brilliant location, so close to the Vatican and the metro line, and a comfortable walk from a lot of the sites of central Rome. The kitchen and room were clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast is provided in the kitchen and is there when you are ready, which provides excellent flexibility in the morning and takes away any pressure. Ivan met us on arrival and talked through everything, giving us some very helpful recommendations for the great local restaurants. Highly recommend.

This is an excellent property located very close to the Vatican. The property has an excellent location in terms of being close to the Ottaviano Metro Station and the shopping streets. The property is extremely well furnished and is located on a quiet street corner Via Trionfale. Ivan was a wonderful host who was there to welcome us at the time of check-in and gave us a detailed map and instructions on the highlights of Rome. The rooms were very clean and the kitchen was excellent with a great choice of breakfast. A must-stay for any traveler visiting Rome. Will definitely visit again.

Campanella3 was an excellent place to stay in Rome. It’s not far from the metro station which allows you to get to Rome Termini easily and see all the main sites of Rome within 20 minutes. The place was excellent value for money and Ivan and Antonella were excellent hosts.

We wanted a place near but not in the historic center. We loved Campanella3. Clean, quiet, comfortable beds, lovely hosts, great kitchen where we could augment breakfast. Highly recommend it.

Very kind owners who gave exceptional tips on where to visit in Rome. My son has food allergies and they provided allergy-free breakfast for all of us. We were very satisfied with the accommodation.

Weekend in Rome. We stayed for 4 nights at the B&B Campanella3 and had a great time. Very cozy, clean, and warm room. Daily bathroom cleaning and linen change, breakfast is self-service in a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen with plenty of packaged bakery products, the possibility to make latte and toasted bread with butter and jam. Convenient location as it is 5 minutes from the Vatican and Ottaviano Metro. We easily moved around Rome. Ivan, the owner, welcomed us warmly, we had a nice chat and he gave us some tips on the local restaurants. I highly recommend it and hope to return on the next occasion.

Welcoming and kind guests. Clean, tidy, and well-maintained structure.

With friends we stayed at this B&B at the end of October for a few days, fortunately the weather was splendid and warm, allowing us to walk around a lot to see everything we could. We had a great time and highly recommend it. Excellent location, 5 minutes from the metro, a few stops from Termini station and very close to the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Basilica. Ivan's availability was excellent, he gave us many directions and recommendations both for arrival and for getting around, as well as for the restaurants where we ate very well. Various breakfast products available to guests and kitchen use for any other self-preparation. Rome is wonderful and we will have to come back. Best regards from the group from Ravenna. I stayed from November 29th to December 1st with my mother in this delightful accommodation. The courtesy and availability of Ivan made us feel at home, for three days we forgot we were guests and were able to easily immerse ourselves in our visit to Rome. The stay at this property was very pleasant. The location is ideal in the Prati district, 500 meters from Ottaviano Tram stop and the entrance of the Vatican Museums. The apartment is very well-kept and clean with the possibility of using the shared kitchen whose spaces are perfectly organized for each guest to use them independently. The owner is very kind and helpful, and upon our arrival, he was already at the property waiting for us. I would recommend this place to my friends as well, also for the excellent value for money!

A unique stay! Cozy apartment, super equipped, the four of us stayed in 2 rooms each with its own bathroom, a stone's throw from the Vatican and the Metro, Ivan welcomed us and advised us warmly and professionally, giving us a lot of tips for visiting this wonderful city, we couldn't have asked for more.

My daughter and I stayed here for three nights. It was our first visit to Rome. The accommodation was perfect, on a quiet street within walking distance of the metro. The room was spacious and very clean. The host was extremely helpful and his map and directions really helped us find our bearings. I only have positive comments to make about this accommodation, it was perfect and I would definitely book again.

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights, and everything went very well. The hosts are quite gracious, responsive, and super helpful. I had a few questions, and received responses within minutes on WhatsApp. Ivan also ordered a private car service for us (because I asked for recommendations; I did not ask for assistance from him). The property is a 10-minute walk to Vatican City, and there is a wonderful food market and restaurants where many local residents dine just one street over from the property. Our room (1) was very quiet and comfortable. We did not make breakfast at the property, although Ivan did show me how to use the coffee press and provided the coffee grinds. I would happily return and recommend this property to others.

Great facility: welcoming, clean, and in a good location near St. Peter's but with the option to take the metro to reach the Colosseum area. Great reception and availability. Abundant breakfast even though, unfortunately, due to covid, there are packaged products.

I was only at Campanella3 for two nights but it was lovely. Ivan and Antonella communicated well and worked with my schedule when my train got in later in the evening. They were very helpful and the room and common area were lovely. Amazing location as well, I was able to be at the Vatican walls within 7 minutes, and could take the metro to other parts of town easily. Noteworthy: the topper on both the double and single mattress! Something you don't see in any accommodation of this type except in multi-star hotels. Breakfast available 24 hours a day arranged in the common kitchen on shelves dedicated to the room number, varied and complete. Clean bathroom also equipped with a professional type hairdryer. The area is also served by multiple dining activities. We will definitely come back!

Well-kept and clean B&B. Nothing is missing to enjoy Rome and relax. The room is well furnished, comfortable beds, we really enjoyed it. Sono stato in questo delizioso b&b all'inizio di Febbraio con mio figlio di 11 anni e ne abbiamo un ricordo piacevolissimo. Ivan è una persona speciale, di quelle che sanno metterti e amano metterti a tuo agio. Ha una vera vocazione per ciò che fa e ciò si percepisce dalla cura di qualsiasi dettaglio. Il posto è centrale, quartiere molto tranquillo e palazzo signorile. Il b&b ha un soggiorno arredato con gusto, il legno caldo dei mobili ti restituisce subito la sensazione di trovarti a casa. Nel frigo e nelle dispense Ivan lascia molto cibo per gli ospiti. La stanza da letto è confortevole, il letto molto comodo (cosa per me fondamentale). Il bagno in camera ha tutto ciò che deve avere. Tutte le stanze sono sempre pulitissime! Il viaggio fatto con mio figlio (ci siamo ripromessi di farne altri nel corso dei prossimi anni quando questo virus ci lascerà in pace) è stato reso ancor più bello dalla scelto del b&b perfetto.

Pulizia ottima, posizione comoda a due passi dal Vaticano, Ivan molto gentile e bravissimo per tutte le indicazioni, torniamo sicuro.

Vacanza indimenticabile resa ancora più romantica da un b&b arredato con uno stile inconfondibile e molto ma molto romantico, dove io e il mio ragazzo ci siamo divertiti a cucinare insieme e a goderci delle cenette molto intime. Ivan il proprietario è una persona simpaticissima, cordiale, disponibile e davvero molto ospitale, con i suoi consigli ci ha permesso di scegliere i giusti posti. Quando tornerò a Roma è sicuro che sceglierò nuovamente Campanella3!

Il soggiorno in questo accogliente B&B è stato meraviglioso, posizione strategica e ottima colazione. Il proprietario, puntuale, accogliente e molto simpatico. Consigliatissimo.

Ottimo in tutto, il proprietario Ivan ci ha subito fatto sentire a casa nostra, ci ha spiegato nei minimi dettagli come muoverci in città e consigli in tutto. Ottima la posizione della casa, vicino alla metro Ottaviano, vari punti di ristoro in zona, vicino al Vaticano e molto altro. Colazione abbondante. Ci ritorneremo di sicuro.

Struttura carina e comodissima al centro punto strategico tutto a 2 passi, gestione cordiale e gentilissimi pronti se nuovi della città a metterti a vostro agio dando informazioni utilissimi per un soggiorno sereno e senza intoppi. Consiglio vivamente, bravi bravi bravi

Bed and breakfast molto bello, curato nei dettagli. Ivan proprietario presentissimo e gentilissimo. Se visitate Roma Campanella 3 è una sistemazione top. Camere molto pulite, servizio colazione molto ben fornito nonostante le direttive Covid. Letti molto comodi, camere ben climatizzate e posizione assolutamente ottima vicino alla metro di Ottaviano. Se non volete rimanere delusi, questa location sicuramente manterrà le più alte aspettative

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo b&b tre giorni. Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. Ivan e Antonella sono persone stupende, gentili, simpatiche e disponibili pronte a ogni richiesta. L'ambiente è accogliente e super pulito. La colazione abbondante e la cucina a disposizione completa per ogni esigenza. La posizione del b&b è fantastica vicinissima a San Pietro, ai musei vaticani e alla fermata della metro e degli autobus. Consigliatissimo!

B&B molto accogliente, ordinato e pulito dotato di tutti i confort...veramente come essere a casa, un particolare ringraziamento anche al proprietario che ci ha letteralmente parlando fatto sentire a casa grazie alla sua gentilezza, precisione e massima disponibilità! Consigliato vivamente!

Ho soggiornato in questo B&b per 5 notti, dove ho riscontrato in primis l’UMANITÀ del proprietario Ivan, che si è fatto carico di un mio problema iniziale venendomi in contro senza nessuna esitazione, una persona fantastica che ad oggi è difficile conoscere. Per non parlare della posizione, a due passi dalla metro Ottaviano, la pulizia, il confort, ed ogni minimo dettaglio curato alla perfezione. Consiglio a chiunque questo posto per visitare Roma o per qualsiasi altro motivo, sono rimasto entusiasta del mio soggiorno. Ho girato molti B&b a Roma, ma mai nessuno mi ha colpito come Campanella3. Eccellente in tutto.

Siamo stati benissimo, La struttura è comoda da raggiungere in metro in una zona silenziosa a due passi dal Vaticano. Anche a piedi si raggiunge il centro in mezz'ora per chi piace camminare. I gestori sono molto accoglienti e ti danno molte informazioni utili. Consigliato.

Sentirsi a casa a km di distanza! Struttura ben organizzata in ogni dettaglio, pulita ordinata. Gestione super organizzata, disponibile e discreta. Super consigliato.

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo trascorso 5 giorni a Roma in vacanza e abbiamo avuto la fortuna di soggiornare in questo fantastico B&B. La comunicazione durante la fase di prenotazione è stata ottima così pure come l'accoglienza al nostro arrivo. Ivan è stato super gentile e disponibile, ci ha consigliato e indirizzato verso le principali attrazioni. Per quanto riguarda la struttura davvero molto bella, curata e accogliente! Metro a due passi, così pure come piazza San Pietro. Ottimi ristoranti nella zona. B&B super consigliato.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per 3 notti, la posizione è ottima in zona tranquilla, ben servita e comoda alla metro. Appartamento pulitissimo, proprietario gentilissimo e accogliente, ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra. Sicuramente torneremo a visitare Roma e terremo in considerazione questo contatto.

Questo B&B mi ha lasciata senza parole, gestori gentilissimi e pronti ad offrirti aiuto ad ogni difficoltà, pulizia delle camere eccezionale e una colazione molto varia e abbondante. Il posto si trova vicino a molti luoghi di interesse, con mezzi di trasporto nella zona (metro, pullman). Mi sono proprio sentita a casa in questi giorni e ci tornerei volentieri! Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti!

Bella struttura, pulita, silenziosa e in posizione ottimale (vicinissima musei Vaticani) per apprezzare le bellezze di Roma. Ivan molto gentile, simpatico e disponibile. Non ho dato il massimo anche alla colazione, ma un "8" è un'ottima valutazione, perché, personalmente avrei preferito oltre all'abbondante disponibilità di merendine, latte, caffè, the e succhi anche qualche po' di pane fresco e marmellata. La consiglio vivamente. Da ritornarci! Grazie Ivan.

Ringrazio Ivan per la sua cortesia, disponibilità e simpatia. Al Campanella3 ci si sente ospiti graditi. Il B&B è pulito, ordinato e molto curato. Ho apprezzato la possibilità di gestire la colazione e di potere usufruire della cucina (attrezzatissima) per spuntini o pasti. La struttura è in zona residenziale tranquilla, vicinissima ai musei Vaticani e San Pietro. A pochi passi si trovano la fermata del bus urbano e anche della metro. Nelle vicinanze si possono trovare bar, ristoranti (ahimè qualcuno non proprio consigliabile!) e l'ottimo panificio Bonci. Che altro dire, provar per credere. Consigliamo vivamente questo B&B.

Bella accoglienza da parte di Antonella, precisa e disponibile nel fornire informazioni e suggerimenti.

Siamo stati in questa struttura tre giorni, con due ragazze di 10 e 12 anni e ci siamo trovati benissimo, come a casa nostra. Ogni cosa ci dava l'impressione di nuovo e di pulito, dalla camera, bagno compreso, alle stoviglie in cucina. Gli asciugamani venivano cambiati ogni mattina ed era costante la presenza di un'addetta alle pulizie. La colazione era abbondante e completa, per la gioia soprattutto delle bambine. Antonella e Ivan sono stati molto gentili e disponibili, rendendoci il soggiorno molto piacevole, con tanti consigli utili su come muoverci e dove mangiare, perfino su dove fare le file più brevi ai monumenti! Ci ritorneremo sicuramente, anche in considerazione della posizione ottimale, a quattro passi dal Vaticano e dalla stazione della metro. Massimo e Rosa.

Nous avons très bien été reçu par Ivan. Il nous a donné pleins de conseil pour pouvoir profiter de Rome a fond pendant notre séjour. L'appartement et la chambre sont très propre est spacieux. Je ne regrette pas mon choix et je vous recommande cet endroit. C'est une valeur sûr. Au plaisir de revenir à Rome.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft, es war sehr sauber, sehr gepflegt, zentral gelegen- wir sind sehr gut mit der U-Bahn überall hingekommen und haben sehr gute Tipps bekommen für die komplette Sightseeing Tour. Wirklich sehr nett und sehr engagiert und auch die Insider Tipps für die Karten des Colosseums haben uns eine sehr lange Wartezeit erspart! Dankeschön. Eine kleine Anmerkung wäre vielleicht noch, die Matratzen waren etwas hart, das kann aber auch mit uns zusammenhängen, weil wir eher weiche Matratzen gewöhnt sind.

I have just spent my 4th stay at Campanella 3 and was greeted like an old friend rather than a paying guest. Since my last visit Ivan and Antonella have made lots of changes to modernise and update the apartments to make them more comfortable for guests. We stayed in apartment 4 which is completely self contained with bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and spacious inner hall. The fridge is fully stocked and there is more than enough food for breakfast. The kitchen is fully equipped if you want to cook and everything throughout the apartment is exceptionally clean with a daily cleaning service. I cannot wait to return and it won’t be too long. Thank you Ivan and Antonella for your exceptional welcome. Ciao.

Great Apartment, Great Location, Great Unit Owner We couldn’t have been more pleased. The location was fantastic on a quiet street close to great restaurants (recommended by unit owner) and the Vatican. Ivan met us at the apartment and spent lots of time mapping out sites to see and restaurants to eat at. The unit had everything we needed including goodies to eat. The price was more than fair. We’d gladly stay here again the next time we’re in Rome.

A perfect place to stay. We loved every bit of our stay at Campenella3. Clean, quiet, beautiful, and an amazing host. Breakfast items and snacks are available for your room, including a special spot in the fridge for milk & juice! Perfect location too. Ivan was amazingly helpful throughout our journey in Italy. It gave us great peace of mind to know we were staying with such helpful, reliable folk for our first stay in Italy. Highly recommend. We will stay here again when we return!

Un'esperienza a 5 stelle. Era la prima volta che prenotavo un B&B e alla fine del mio soggiorno posso confermare che è stata un'esperienza, come suggerito da mia figlia di 8 anni, a 5 stelle. Struttura molto vicina a piazza San Pietro e ai Musei Vaticani, pulizia impeccabile, colazione molto varia buona e senza limiti di orario, e per finire la straordinaria disponibilità e affabilità del proprietario Ivan che è stato molto vicino alle nostre richieste ed esigenze. Con un trattamento così ti viene voglia di fare solo dell'ottima pubblicità per come ci siamo sentiti in un ambiente familiare.

Un B&B molto accogliente, silenzioso, pulito e servito di tutto quello che serve. Si trova in una ottima posizione vicina al Vaticano e alla metro. Ivan il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e disponibile e ci ha dato anche molte indicazioni per trascorrere un piacevole soggiorno. Lo consiglio a tutti, spero di poterci tornare presto!

Ottima accoglienza. Posizione strategica, vicina a San Pietro e ad alla via dello shopping che preferisco (Cola di Rienzo). Da notare anche che essendo rimasti due notti, il secondo giorno abbiamo trovato la camera ripulita ed il letto rifatto (non da tutti i B&B). Per i più pigri, anche se la camera è al primo piano c'è anche l'ascensore. Grazie Ivan, a presto.

La struttura ha un'ottimo posizionamento nella città di Roma, vicinissimo alle mura del città di Vaticano, a 5 min. dalla Metropolitana, zona tranquilla, dotata di servizi, ristoranti, parcheggi in strada, in un edificio dei primi '900, ristrutturato di recente e dotato di ascensore, anche se serve relativamente, essendo al primo piano dell'edificio. La ristrutturazione è ottima, confortevole, arredato con gusto (nuovo e accostato all'etnico) e dotata di tutto quello necessario per sentirsi a casa propria. La colazione è abbondante: caffè, latte, the, burro, dolci, succhi etc in un'ambiente moderno, chic, attrezzature di nuova generazione. Complimenti per l'accoglienza, gestione, organizzazione, simpatia del gestore e la pulizia. Sicuramente tornerò.

Ho soggiornato nella struttura B&B Campanella 3, Roma e mi sono sentita come a "casa mia", in un'ambiente "caldo", accogliente, pulito, una bella ristrutturazione, arredi adatti alla struttura in questo edificio dei primi '900 (moderni-nuovi e no), con ascensore, comodo, confortevole, con una ottima gestione, simpatia del gestore, collazione varia e abbondante. La struttura è posizionata in un area di Roma tranquilla/residenziale, ma a 2 passi dalle mura dello stato del Vaticano da dove poi si potrebbe fare un bel percorso pedonale di visite, iniziando dalla vicina piazza Navona e in seguito Pantheon, Fontana di Trevi, Piazza di Spagna, del Popolo. Sicuramente è una struttura che la prederò in considerazione per i futuri viaggi a Roma (per affari e divertimento). Complimenti.

Dear Reader - I wanted to write a review as my friend and I read many reviews when we planned our recent holiday to Italy, Rome, Florence and Venice, particularly with regards to location, cleanliness, security. When we sit at home in countries around the world and arrange holidays using the web you always hope the reviews for B&B's will be what you hope for. I have given a 100%/high rating to this B&B, the cleanliness, location and friendliness of the owners went beyond this. We agreed to be met at Rome Airport by a car arranged by the owners' to ease our way into the holiday, this was really an extra for us - the Metro is only on the next street so if you know Rome the route from the train station is easy by public transport, but you do need to do your homework. Ivan met us at the property, went over the Rome map with us, about 10/15 minute walk from The Vatican area, buses and Metro easy to use. We did buy a Roma Pass which was for us worth having. Ivan suggested a lovely back street route going by many tourist stops, the two hours suggestion was a bit out for ladies who stop at many shops! Great restaurant suggestions. The B&B was great the rooms all met at a very well equipped, very clean kitchen, all your breakfast requirements are laid out with your room number in drawers and fridge. Thank you to Ivan and Antonella for sharing Campanella 3, if we come back to Rome we wouldn't look any further than you lovely B&B. Kind regards for a great stay Kathryn and Eileen.

Fantastic location, just outside the Vatican City. Ten minute walk to the nearest metro giving very easy access to all the sights. Big comfy bed, slept really well. Loved the decor of the apartment, the ceilings were exquisite. Kitchen is great with wonderful facilities, breakfast just what you need for the day including chocolate. 😀 Coffee that we'll never forget because it was so good. Ivan was a wonderful host, lots of great advice for excellent meals out, and beautiful walks in Rome. Will definitely be booking again on our next trip to Rome.

Eccellente B&B, Ivan è stato davvero cortese offrendomi per il mio pernottamento a Roma il mini appartamento allo stesso prezzo della camera singola, davvero un signore! Bella struttura, nuova, pulitissima, a due passi dal Vaticano e dalla stazione Ottaviano della Metro. Assolutamente consigliato. Ci ritornerò di sicuro appena avrò qualche altro giorno di ferie.

Semplicemente perfetto. Titolare gentile, disponibile. Spazi pulitissimi, ben organizzati. Posizione perfetta, metro vicinissima e si può raggiungere qualsiasi posto. Colazione abbondantissima! Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Dovessimo tornare a Roma, alloggeremo sicuramente li nuovamente.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura purtroppo solo due notti per il concerto di Vasco e mi vengono in mente principalmente due parole: ospitalità e casa. Questo abbiamo provato a soggiornare li, la sensazione di essere a casa in famiglia. Ivan il proprietario è una persona semplicemente fantastica e cortese, come ce ne sono ormai poche. La camera è accogliente e pulita, tutto è curato nei minimi dettagli. Colazione abbondante e cucina da usufruire splendida. Posizione comodissima a due passi dal Vaticano. From the moment we booked our stay at Campanella3, Ivan was extremely responsive on whatsapp. He arranged our transfer to & from the airport. We arrived for check in quite late at night & he was there to greet us & offer advice on Rome. The apartment is excellently located, only 10-15 minutes walk from the Vatican & is decorated to an exceptionally high standard. It's also spotlessly clean, a maid cleans every day. Every detail is covered to make your stay most comfortable (even down to having several umbrellas for use by guests, in case of rain). We would most definitely stay here again. Ciao. Ivan ed Antonella con il loro B&B Campanella rappresentano una certezza assoluta per un soggiorno a Roma. Accoglienza, gusto nei particolari, pulizia, disponibilità, confort, posizione strategica in uno dei quartieri più belli di Roma, da loro c'è tutto ad un prezzo onestissimo! Mia moglie ed io abbiamo visitato tanti posti nel mondo ma mai abbiamo trovato nell'insieme tanti servizi di massimo livello per un B&B, sentendoci praticamente a casa. Complimenti!
