The room and building are nice but the service is completely dysfunctional. We received a confirmation email saying who would meet us for check-in and a contact phone number. It took over an hour to get in and that only happened because of the help from a very nice man doing construction next door who contacted the host multiple times. The number in the email was wrong and I originally blamed my phone because this was my first call in Italy. That evening we were told that they had double booked our room for the next day and that we would need to move, first to another room, and then to another B&B and that they would minimize our inconvenience by transporting our bags and providing breakfast the next morning. As someone with Muscular Dystrophy that affects my breathing having someone deal with our bags on all of the stairs here and at the new place was much appreciated. Unfortunately, they went back on their word and didn’t move the bags or provide breakfast. I can’t recommend staying here until they actually fix the booking/check-in system and have customer service on-site that actually does what they promise in emails and texts.

Buongiorno, mi dispiace per la tua esperienza negativa. Se guardi le altre recensioni sono tutte superiori al 9. Se guardi su booking (dove ho tantissime recensioni, la media è 9. 3). Mettere dei voti così bassi è comunque un esagerazione. Tutto funziona nel nostro b&b e la gente è sempre andata via contenta. Spero di riaverti come ospiti per mostrarti tutto ciò m grazie alla prossima.
