It was a pleasant stay. The owner was very helpful.

The cleanliness of the room does not meet what was declared. Breakfast was decent but the kitchen and the terrace were quite dirty. The owner only reached out to ask me to leave the accommodation by 10:00. Lastly, there wasn't even a POS available. In conclusion, I do not feel like recommending it.

It met my expectations, great location, spacious and clean room, breakfast with a variety of products, helpful and kind managers. I feel like recommending it and I will definitely return in the future.

Very, very good. The owner is super friendly and almost a tour guide. He speaks Spanish perfectly, so you can take advantage of it;) \nEverything was very clean, there was everything and a cat visits the terrace. There is no elevator BUT it's like six steps from the street, so no problem. \nThe place is very close to the entrance of the Vatican Museums and to a metro that goes to the important parts of the center (Piazza del Popolo, Spoaña, the Trevi Fountain and also to Termini, so you can go and come back in a day without much hassle).

Unfortunately, I must absolutely communicate that there was no cleaning of the Room and, furthermore, there were only 2 rolls of toilet paper, they seem a bit few for 2 adults and a 6-year-old child. Complete absence of the owner and/or those acting on his behalf. In conclusion, managing a B&B in this way is easy.

Good location, very nice service, I recommend.

Perfect location, a stone's throw from the Vatican and halfway between the Cipro and Ottaviano metro stations. The Rome Vatican B&B is very quiet and on the back terrace you can even work in peace. The room is spacious and clean. Maurizio and his wife are very kind and friendly. We will definitely come back!

Beautiful, clean and spacious room (we were 4, 2 adults and 2 children and we had a double bed and two single beds and despite the beds we were comfortable to undress and leave the suitcases). The bathroom clean and functional. The area is quiet and very close to both the metro and bus stops. Also, a stone's throw away is St. Peter's! The manager is kind and helpful. The space with the kitchen for breakfast is small but well equipped. The breakfast is simple, consisting of snacks and rusks with jams with the possibility of making coffee, tea and herbal teas. The most particular thing is the small outdoor veranda with sofas and armchairs where you can relax or have a snack. In conclusion highly recommended! I will definitely return!

Great location, well served by public transport. Major flaw: lacking POS and management could be improved.

Convenient location and homey feeling, very clean except for the messy balcony due to the customers themselves. Breakfast a bit poor equipped only with prepackaged snacks.

They do not have the Point Of Sale.

Convenient location near the metro, the structure is a bit small, the room is suitable for two people, the bathroom is too small and without a bidet, which for us Italians is a "must"! Essential breakfast.

We had a great time, exceptional breakfast, excellent hospitality.

Structure close to the metro and St. Peter's Square, the managers are kind and helpful in providing information, clean and welcoming. The only flaw was the breakfast; having children with us, it would have been appreciated to have some more juice available, or iced tea and water, but I'm sure that asking would have been enough. In any case, we will consider it for another possible visit to Rome.

Two nights just a few steps from the Vatican. Spacious room. The small covered terrace is pleasant in the morning to have breakfast. The owner is welcoming and friendly.

Everything is great and perfect, welcoming and kindness. The location is perfect. Highly recommended.

The manager, Mr. Ruggero, is kind and very helpful. The B&B is a stone's throw from the Cipro metro stop and it's easy to get around. The area is quite peaceful and the rooms are very quiet. The room is equipped with everything. Luigi.

Sicuramente quando ritorneremo a Roma chiameremo sempre Ruggero! I titolari cordiali e simpatici che in aggiunta alla calorosa cordialità ti danno anche ottime dritte per ambientarti meglio Roma. La stanza grande, accogliente e pulita e una colazione molto buona adatta anche a me che mangio senza glutine. Lo consiglio!

Personale squisito, ottima posizione (prati), colazione ottima.

Ho soggiornato 5 giorni con la famiglia presso questo B&B in settembre 2019. Tutto è andato bene, il proprietario molto gentile e cordiale cura personalmente la struttura mantenendo l'ordine e la pulizia soprattutto nella zona ingresso-cucina dove gli ospiti hanno a disposizione, volendo, anche il piano fuochi e frigorifero. Il proprietario, tra l'altro, ci ha anche suggerito qualche itinerario di visita a cui non avevamo pensato con tanto di indicazione dei mezzi pubblici da utilizzare. All'arrivo ci ha fatto trovare anche la cartina della zona maggiormente turistica di Roma. Struttura in zona tranquilla, ma veramente ad due passi dal Vaticano e a poche centinaia di metri dalla stazione della metropolitana.

Hosts and room were wonderful. Great location though hard to find the first time. Coffee was great but otherwise food was prepackaged. Nothing fresh. A few oranges or apples and some hard boiled eggs would go a long way’!

Nous avons passés un Weekend de 4 jours dans cet établissement, très propre, à 5 min du Vatican et des restaurants. Etablissement très Familial où se cotoi toutes nationalités ce qui rend le séjour plus riche. Et la cerise sur le gâteau le propriétaire "Ruggero" il nous guide à travers des cartes de Rome pour nous indiqués les lieux à ne pas manqués. Nous avons visités des endroits magnifiques grâce à lui.

Molto confortevole e in posizione strategica: vicino a metro, bus e musei vaticani. Ottima accoglienza; i proprietari sono gentili e disposti ad accontentare ogni richiesta. Consigliato anche a famiglie con bambini.

Siamo stati 2 notti in questo B&B e ci siamo trovati benissimo, lo consiglio a tutti.

Very good value! The room and breakfast were absolutely lovely and, although the metro is very close, we were able to walk to all the tourist spots. Good supermarkets and quick-eats nearby and Barbara and Ruggero were very helpful hosts!

Ruggero upgraded us because he had a cancellation. He spent time giving us advice on the best way to see Rome. We were very near the metro (Cipro) We would certainly use again.

Rugerro is a most gracious host and he goes out of his way to make everything understandable for you. The B&B is conveniently located, minutes walk from The Vatican as well as The Metro which will take you to other points of interest; such as The Colloseum. The B&B is very clean and well kept. It offers a variety of breakfast choices, coffee & tea as well as a beautiful terrace! We loved our stay and Rugerro was an incredible host. We would definitely stay again on our next trip to Rome!

Siamo stati a Roma per una bella vacanza di 4 giorni e ci siamo trovati benissimo in questo B&B. Stanza spaziosa e ben pulita, zona tranquilla e servitissima sia per la vicinanza alla stazione Cipro metropolitana e a vari mezzi di trasporto, che ti portano dappertutto in città, sia per i tanti negozi, compreso un mercato rionale ottimo, e vari ristoranti e trattorie. La struttura comprende un angolo cottura per la colazione molto pratico e funzionale, e un terrazzo dove poter mangiare in tranquillità. Ma soprattutto un voto alto all'amichevole ospitalità del gestore, Ruggero, che ci ha fatto sentire davvero come a casa, fornendoci informazioni turistiche e "dritte" utilissime per visitare tutta la città e anche scoprire angoli di Roma fuori dei canonici schemi turistici. Da ritornarci alla prossima vacanza a Roma.

Ottima posizione vicino i musei vaticani, stanza piccola ma accogliente e pulita! Gestori simpatici e disponibili!
