Disappointment compared to expectations – subdued experience. Unfortunately, our experience at the B&B SpigoleHouse in Syracuse did not meet our expectations. Upon arrival, we immediately encountered a significant problem: the air conditioning in one of the two rooms was not working. We contacted the host via WhatsApp, but only after several messages did they decide to send a technician for the next day, promising to update us as soon as the issue was resolved. Unfortunately, no one contacted us again, and the problem was not resolved. For a matter like this, we would have expected at least the presence of the host on site to personally verify the inconvenience, but that did not happen. Additionally, given the difficulties faced, it would have been a fair gesture to at least waive the tourist tax. The breakfast service also disappointed us: it was not on-site but at three affiliated bars, where only a coffee and a croissant (or something to eat) were offered, without even a fruit juice. Definitely a very limited offering. Finally, the level of cleanliness was not the best: one expects more attention, especially in a property that promises medium to high standards. I am sorry to have to write this, but we had higher expectations than what we actually experienced.

Fabulous host and fantastic B&B with a modern design and good amenities. Free parking, excellent location for tourism and well worth every penny for stay! Complimenti Andrea e Grazie mille.
