Charming B&B, clean, tidy and very welcoming. The room was really beautiful and relaxing. Breakfast was excellent and served in a peaceful setting. The owner is very kind and helpful. The location is excellent, a few minutes' walk from the center. The reserved parking is a considerable plus. It was nice to see that, at a time when accommodation facilities have become a business 'within everyone's reach', B&B La Primavera truly offers a service and that there is real professionalism behind it.

Congratulations, beautiful structure, fresh even on the hottest days, a lot of space both in the rooms and in the bathrooms. Excellent daily cleaning as well as the order in every point of the structure, both inside and outside. Very warm and professional welcome ready to listen to needs and make suggestions. Easy parking outside but secluded with direct access. (not on the street) also suitable for motorcycles, keeping in mind that it is not covered. Recommended. Greetings to Mrs. Silvia.

Very friendly, accommodating, and helpful host. Great well-kept garden that we were allowed to use - a peaceful oasis. Very convenient location, just a few steps from one of the city gates of Volterra. Breakfast was good and varied. The only downside is that the space at the table where guests have breakfast is a bit narrow due to the local conditions.

Everything was fine, Mrs. Silvia warmly welcomed us by immediately giving us some information and the map of Volterra. The structure is very close to the center, and the adjacent parking lot, which allows direct access to the structure, is very convenient. We stayed in room no. 3, the room is sufficiently spacious, the double bed is large and comfortable, the area is very quiet, you sleep like a pasha. The bathroom is large, equipped with everything necessary, and has a spacious and functional shower. The breakfast can be defined as Italian with excellent cakes, bread or toast with jams, cookies, yogurt, and also something savory, coffee, etc. Excellent cleanliness with a towel change every 2 days. We felt very good and recommend it for a stay in the beautiful Volterra, we had been there before and returned very willingly.

Strategically located structure to visit Volterra, a stone's throw from the center. The positive notes end here, dilapidated rooms although quite spacious. We arrived with summer temperatures and although Volterra is located on a hill and characterized by a ventilated and dry climate, the structure is nestled between other buildings and the presence of curtains that inhibit a complete opening of the windows together with the useful mosquito nets made the climate unbearable in the room. Fortunately, so to speak, the same is equipped with a fan louder than a helicopter taking off which, however, remained on all night to make the environment at least livable. Considering the prices not exactly popular, I believe that an air conditioner would be at least a must. A note on the landlady and breakfast, the former decidedly not empathetic, the latter rather meager and banal, two cakes without infamy or praise, some yogurt, we asked for a natural one but it was finished, some stale bread, a cold cut and sliced cheese as well as some packaged jams. The quality-price ratio is definitely low and I honestly struggle to understand the excellent reviews, assuming they are real.

Maybe air conditioning would be nice.

We were welcomed with courtesy and kindness, very useful private parking, we slept very well and the breakfast is abundant and especially attentive to intolerances (LACTOSE). The structure is very clean and very convenient to visit the center. It was an excellent choice.

Silvia was a kind and generous host, always willing to share her local knowledge and gave us some great tips for day trips. The property was well located near the town gates so we were able to walk in every day. Clean and comfortable rooms with a great variety at breakfast. We loved having somewhere to park our hire cars that was outside the city center for less stress. Overall, the stay in Volterra was amazing.

Extreme comfort, less than 100 meters from Porta Fiorentina that gives access to the center in 2-3 minutes on foot; private parking (essential for the motorcycle), top reception and courtesy (Mrs. Silvia), spacious, comfortable, and well-cleaned room and bathroom; common area where breakfast is served comfortable and nicely furnished; outside a space with a small table and sofas where you can spend a few minutes in relaxation. Really favorable quality/price ratio.

Silvia was awesome. We were there for the Bocelli concert & she told us where to get the best information. She was well organized & had a map ready for us to explore beautiful Volterra! Breakfast was great, ricotta muffins & quiches just wonderful. Thank you Silvia you are a great hostess.

La Primavera B&B is a delightful bed and breakfast, very convenient for the center of Volterra, with private parking. It is carefully managed by Silvia, very kind and friendly. The rooms are cozy and spotless, the breakfast delicious, the location excellent.

The structure is well maintained and welcoming, with a beautiful garden. The wardrobe in the room may need some minor maintenance, but it is all made of real wood. The bedroom, bathroom, and toilet facilities are clean and equipped with necessary amenities. The breakfast is of a good standard. As for the management, I have nothing to complain about: friendliness, availability, and sympathy. The only observation, but it is a truly venial 'sin', is that the room did not have a TV which could be useful in case of guest tiredness or to follow the news. However, the 'fault' is definitely mine because this detail escaped me during the booking, assuming that it was there. For the rest, I have nothing to object to. The structure is certainly recommendable to others for the quality/price ratio.

Sylvia is an amazing host, and this was the perfect place to stay during my recent conference in Volterra! The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well taken care of, and the included breakfast was homemade and plentiful each morning. The location was also perfect, just outside the city walls, so quiet at night but very convenient to the city center. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was perfect. The room and the bathroom were spacious and clean. The breakfast was not excessive but good, and the location of the property was very convenient to reach the historic center of Volterra in just a few minutes on foot. The property's parking lot is really convenient and spacious. Silvia, the owner, was also very kind and helpful.

The location is wonderful, close to the center of Volterra, the free parking is truly priceless. We found our stay very pleasant, it's unimaginable to have a cleaner room, the temperatures were bearable despite the intense heat (terracotta floor + 3 windows), even without air conditioning. The owner is kind and very helpful if you have any questions.

The structure and the room are very cozy and beautiful. Everything is perfectly clean and tidy, from the entrance, to the room and the garden, all wonderfully decorated with care. I can only confirm the other reviews, starting from the kindness of Silvia. The structure is perfectly clean, our room was beautiful and very spacious with a bathroom that was also spacious. The breakfast was good, with a choice between sweet and savory. We also greatly appreciated the location, just five minutes from the center and with the availability of free parking where we left the motorcycles. I recommend the structure without a doubt!

Very nice B&B (rooms, breakfast room, garden) very convenient compared to the city, 150 meters from one of the 6 ancient gates that allow access to the historic center on foot. I would say it's better than this, considering the price. The owner, who welcomes you (at normal arrival times) and therefore gives you information and explanations about the structure from the very beginning (she lives on the premises, which was very convenient for us). So I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it. We stayed there from 25/10 to 27/10 - 2019. I know that at the beginning of November it should close for renovations.

The location is super - within steps of Volterra, which is a charming little town with lots of history. Close to the center and with a small garden, maybe a swing would fit well, but you understand that mostly couples go there, so it might be little used. Maximum availability of the manager in providing information about places and parking possibilities for the car. The only unpleasant aspect is the lack of a personal fridge in the room or a shared one with other guests in the common area, even though the manager offered to keep food and other items cool in his own fridge.

Excellent B&B, a couple of minutes walk from the city walls. Good communication before we arrived, and lots of help from Silvia once we were there. Very clean property and a good breakfast. Highly recommended!

Ideally located accommodation for strolling in Volterra as it is located near a city gate. Parking available for the car. Very warm welcome and a dream breakfast buffet. An invitation to stay longer. An address that I will recommend to all my relatives and friends.

This was my favorite of several places I stayed in Tuscany while on a cycling trip. It was much nicer accommodation and much better breakfast, but the same price (about 50 Euro) as the other bed and breakfasts. The house and my room were very comfortable and exceptionally well-kept. And the host, Silvia, was very friendly and accommodating. Just outside of the walled city, the location is convenient and quiet. I would highly recommend La Primavera.

There are no words to express the pleasure of having stayed at La Primavera B&B. At the reception, Silvia, who with extreme kindness, friendliness, and professionalism opens the doors of her warm and welcoming home to you. Carefully furnished in detail with sober colors that call you to relax, especially when you step into one of the rooms assigned to you. For me, it was the 'Margherita' in white and yellow tones embellished with a beautiful sandstone fireplace. Prints and compositions of dried flowers on the walls and colorful painted butterflies that brighten up the bathroom. Very comfortable bed and extremely quiet room. But the highlight is the breakfast served in hand-painted porcelain tableware with excellent homemade cakes, yogurt, brioches, jams, and more. Beautiful garden equipped for moments of relaxation. A small masterpiece of kind and refined hospitality just steps beyond the Porta Fiorentina.

To be recommended for tourism: there is also private parking, very convenient.

Beautiful property. Well located. Beautiful, romantic rooms, with large and clean bathroom. The staff and the service excellent. I would repeat without hesitation.

A small jewel: we were lucky enough to have a room with a private entrance, so there was no need to pass through the main entrance. The room was spacious, kept in optimal condition and with small attentions that I have never found elsewhere, such as candles. The owner was very helpful both for our requests and in providing tourist information. An excellent place, suitable for those who want to enjoy a relaxing vacation.

Everything is wonderful! The manager is very kind, the location is fantastic, the property is very very nice (a real gem), magical atmosphere. It is a pity to have spent only two days there, but if we return to Volterra we will definitely return to La Primavera B&B. It is true that there is no television, but in such a beautiful village it is a pity to waste time in the room, there are so many things to discover.
