A very pleasant surprise! The owner, Ann, is a very kind and practical lady. She has two adorable and very sweet but not intrusive dogs. It's rare to find a person who knows how to be welcoming, making the customer feel completely at ease without being intrusive! We will come back to her, we had a great time! Thank you.

We stayed one night. The attention was very cordial and friendly. The breakfast simple but pleasant. In summary, highly recommended. I would return without hesitation.

Friendly and caring host; clean, quiet and relaxing property almost by the lake, easily reachable on foot. I highly recommend the host, location and property for the great hospitality.

Good clean rooms with lake view. Large clean bathroom. Nice landlady. Good location and parking next to the house. Good restaurant opposite and good pizzeria within 5 minutes walk.

The house is lovely! The location is perfect if you plan to make a stop on the way to Lecco or Como. The village is gorgeous like the entire coast. But best of everything is the landlady/owner of the B&B! Ann. She was very special to me, helped me with a very big issue I’ve had, I couldn’t make it without her. Thank you so much. I highly recommend it.
