The Podere Infranciani Agriturismo is located in the heart of the Tuscan countryside in the high valtiberina, 2 kilometers from Anghiari. It is recommended to use GPS (Google Maps or TomTom) to get there. The last 700 meters are unpaved but easily passable. It is ideal for peaceful holidays away from traffic and the stress of everyday life. The rooms furnished in rustic style are equipped with the essentials and are comfortable and spacious. The Agriturismo has WIFI. It is worth mentioning the great availability and kindness of Emilia, the owner.

A quiet, ancient, and original house. It is located in the countryside, surrounded by fields, with a beautiful landscape of Umbria. Excellent hospitality! A place where one could spend days with pleasure: too bad I only slept there for one night! From here, you can easily go see the masterpieces of Piero della Francesca. Danièle, French tourist.

Beautiful place, very cozy and calm, typical. Perfect breakfast.

Characteristic bed and breakfast for those who, like us, do not like hotels, maximum silence and tranquility. Difficult to find if you don't have a navigator, but the sweet granddaughter Aurora was a real help, very kind and cute. A tip: now that the cold is approaching, I would keep the radiators on at night and especially in the morning in the bathroom.

Everything perfect as described, the owner extremely kind and friendly.

Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. The host, Emilia, is one of the most hospitable and accommodating people I have ever met. Great location for sightseeing, recreational activities like biking excursions, restaurants, and exploring the characteristic villages and towns in the area. The location and the view are spectacular. Just a two-minute drive from the famous Borgo di Anghiari. The apartment is cozy, equipped in every part, and the furnishings are in harmony with the structure; Podere Infranciani seems like a house lost in time immersed in nature. Open and quiet spaces available for adults and children, allowing them to better experience and understand what it means to play outdoors, in the countryside.

A place out of time. Nature, silence, and peace. Mrs. Emilia, delightful and helpful, the village of Anghiari five minutes away by car, where you can get lost among unforgettable alleys. Beautiful stay.

Our stay was a paradise! Podere Infranciani nestled in the hills, offers a stunning view. But the real gem is Emilia, who is sweetness: she did everything possible to make us feel at our best at all times. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts. We can't wait to come back!

Great experience in a very quiet place, structure as I like it.

Splendid stay in this farmhouse immersed in nature just a few minutes from Anghiari. Mrs. Emilia goes out of her way to make hospitality very pleasant, succeeding with discretion and sympathy.

For those looking for tranquility, it's the ideal place. You are immersed in greenery, a silence for meditation, and the stars are the protagonists to keep you company.

Tranquil, restful stay in a quiet and understated farmhouse that preserves authenticity and tradition. Accessible via a white but easy road, it is in an excellent position to visit Arezzo and nearby centers. The kindness and promptness of Mrs. Emilia made our stay very pleasant, for the warmth of the welcome, attention to our needs, and the excellent cakes!

Location incantevole. Un oasi di pace e relax dove fermarsi per ammirare il più affascinante paesaggio umbro-toscano. Vicinissimo al centro del Paese di Anghiari, uno dei più belli borghi d'Italia.

La signora Emilia è cordiale e sollecita e la struttura in mezzo alla campagna è semplice ma molto curata.

Il luogo è isolato ma molto grazioso, raggiungibile da via sterrata lunga ca. 700 mt. La proprietaria è di una gentilezza ed ospitalità squisita, ho apprezzato enormemente questo aspetto. Rustico autentico, si ha la sensazione di essere fuori dal mondo ma in 5 minuti si è in Anghiari, località assai graziosa.

Cercate la tranquillità ecco il posto ideale per trascorrere i giorni in piena serenità tra la meravigliosa natura. Se avete animali domestici è il massimo: anche loro sono in piena liberata per camminare e giocare insieme a voi senza alcun pericolo. Ovviamente poi c'è da aggiungere l'ospitalità della signora Emilia che è eccezionale: lei è premurosa, accurata nei minimi particolari, fa il suo lavoro con vera professionalità. Un abbraccio forte a te Emilia e alla tua piccola Kenya, promettiamo di rivederci presto. Marisa, Ciro, Zeus e Tiffany.

Il posto è incantevole, immerso nella campagna Toscana. Ottima base per visitare i borghi e i luoghi d'arte circostanti. Emilia è una persona speciale, gentile e sempre disponibile. Io e la mia famiglia siamo stati davvero bene e lo consiglio vivamente. Ci ritorneremo di sicuro.

Casa colonica distante circa 1,5 km dalla strada principale asfaltata, ma facilmente raggiungibile. Ripaga pienamente per la quiete, il silenzio, la simpatia di Emilia che la gestisce, la qualità del mobilio, curato e perfettamente adeguato all'ambiente agreste. Consigliato per chi vuole dimenticare per un po' il frenetico assillante bombardamento di telefono smart, PC mobile, TV e simili. Ci è sembrato di tornare in vacanza a casa della nonna in campagna.

Posto informale adatto a chi cerca tranquillità e pace. La struttura è arredata in modo semplice con mobili quasi antichi, gli spazi a disposizione sono da sufficienti ad ampi, non servono la colazione (salvo casi particolari) ma c'è una cucina ben fornita a disposizione, ci sono ampi spazi per parcheggiare nel cortile molto ampio con molto verde, per arrivare si percorre una stradina sterrata di circa 1 km, è una strada di campagna non larga ma con un fondo abbastanza buono. Un luogo adatto ai romantici.

Questo B&B è al di fuori dei centri ed in aperta campagna/collina e francamente è giusto quello che mia moglie ed io cercavamo. Siamo rimasti contenti in quanto un vero luogo di pace in tutti i sensi.

Avete presente un marchese, o meglio, un conte che rientra dopo un lungo periodo di assenza? Trova tutto al suo posto, come se si fosse fermato il tempo. Ho vissuto così la mia permanenza ma la cosa più bella è stata sentirsi a casa, ritrovarsi, grazie all'accoglienza di una persona speciale che custodisce un tesoro fatto di bellezza, pace ed armonia. E quando, a malincuore, devo andare di nuovo via, penso che alla fine non sia tanto difficile ricercare la semplicità. Basta tornare di nuovo al Podere Infranciani.

Un posto splendido immerso nelle campagne toscane. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, le stanze e la struttura curate bene e molto pulite. La possibilità di usare la cucina super attrezzata avendo un bimbo piccolo è stato un valore aggiunto. La gentilezza e carineria della proprietaria pure. Un'esperienza da ripetere certamente. Inoltre si trova in un punto strategico per visitare tutto: Gubbio, Assisi etc etc.

Ma famille et moi avons passé quelques jours de vacances très agréables dans cet endroit magnifique: le jardin est vraiment très agréable, on n'a pas envie de le quitter ! Les enfants étaient ravis de pouvoir aider notre hôte à s'occuper des chèvres et du cochon; elle a été adorable avec eux (et avec nous). La maison est fonctionnelle, spacieuse, très propre et elle a le cachet de l'ancienneté. Je recommande vivement l'endroit aux amateurs de nature, de paysages et de tranquillité.

Io e il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato nella sera del 24/08/15. Appena arrivati veniamo ben accolti da Emilia, gestrice del Podere. Emilia è sempre sorridente e ospitale anche se siamo arrivati prima di quanto preventivato. La struttura è molto bella, un vero casale, se cercate la pace, il silenzio, la tranquillità qui la troverete. Nella serata inoltrata abbiamo avuto un problema non dovuto alla struttura, ma Emilia è stata molto disponibile (erano le 22 passate!). Ci siamo trovati benissimo, speriamo di poter tornare presto.

This was a great stay, we ended up staying for 4 days as we enjoyed the company of the owner who was a wealth of knowledge of the area, the old farmhouse is very rustic which I loved, I would recommend this BnB for a very enjoyable stay.
