The Casamia Bed and Breakfast is located on the first floor of an independent villa situated in a residential, green and peaceful area just a stone's throw from Lake Maggiore.

A few kilometers away, on the western shore, you can find tourist and commercial destinations such as Arona, Stresa, Baveno, Intra, and Verbania, and then continue towards the surrounding mountains that will delight you with their breathtaking views.

On the eastern shore, Sesto Calende, Angera, Ranco, and further north, Laveno and Luino, will win you over with their scenery and history.

Rooms:
- Lilac Room: double room with en-suite bathroom and balcony with garden view
- Blue Room: triple room with en-suite bathroom
- Purple Room: quadruple room with private external bathroom
Each of our rooms is cozy and carefully furnished, and equipped with TV, safe, free WiFi, minibar, air conditioning, heating, and a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer.

For our guests' convenience, we provide a kit for preparing hot tea or coffee in each room.

We have a baby cot, high chair, and car seat available for rent.

Breakfast:
In the morning, we will be delighted to greet you in our breakfast room where you can enjoy tea, coffee, fruit juices, cappuccino, croissants, cakes, bread, jams, yogurt, cereals, and more.

Garden:
Our guests can use the equipped outdoor area we provide for moments of relaxation or conviviality.
