BREAKFAST is optional with a supplement of 3 euros per person per day for the supply of the following products: water, fruit juices, milk, coffee pods, yoghurt, herbal teas, jams, butter, as well as packs of rusks, brioches, biscuits - Note: breakfast is not served.

At guests' disposal: coffee machine with pods, electric kettle, microwave oven and mini-fridge.

It should be noted that about 10 meters from the B&B there is a renowned cafeteria with an adjoining pastry shop.

ACCESS STAIRS: The property can only be reached via stairs, therefore it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The B&B has a stairlift with armchair which is used by people who are still self-sufficient.

CAR AND MOTORCYCLE PARKING: The public parking is about 250 meters away in the port area (for a fee in spring/summer). The port area is the starting point for visiting the wonders of the Tremiti islands and sea caves.

BIKE PARKING: Free.

Finally, in addition to the aforementioned rooms, a few steps from the B&B, we have an annex "A casa di Maria" (CIS: FG07106091000032836) : it is a small house with bedroom, kitchen and bathroom located about 100 meters from the beach of Marina Piccola (to enjoy the sea in the centre) in the characteristic 19th century village. The house is on the 1st floor of an ancient Apulian building accessible by private lift. (Note: this housing unit does not have a sea view).
