Located in a traditional and typical Lombard courtyard in the historic center of Samarate (VA), the ancient grandparents' house has been completely renovated to create Grandma's Court B&B, a welcoming and peaceful environment, furnished with care and taste.

Our rooms, all with independent entrances, are equipped with private bathroom, hairdryer, TV, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi internet. For customers who need parking, free parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity of the B&B.

We are located in the historic center of Samarate, a small town in the province of Varese, bordering the cities of Busto Arsizio and Gallarate, which can be reached in just 5 minutes by car, where you can find all kinds of services. In the immediate vicinity of the B&B, easily reachable on foot, you will find banks, pharmacies, post offices, supermarkets, bakeries, bars, pastry shops, and bus stops.

Our Bed & Breakfast also boasts a strategic location, as we are only 6km (10 minutes) from Milan-Malpensa Airport (however, this does not imply any disturbance, tranquility is guaranteed), about 30 minutes from Milan and Rho-Fiera, 10 minutes from Malpensa Fiere di Busto Arsizio, a 2-minute walk from the bus stop. The Gallarate railway station is only 3km away, while the entrance to the A8 motorway and various highway junctions is only 1km away. The famous Malpensa Veterinary Clinic is also a 2-minute walk away, and for nature lovers, we are about 30 minutes from Varese and its lakes.

Samarate is also one of the municipalities included in the Ticino Park, which is the oldest regional park in Italy. It is an area of 91,410 hectares located between Lake Maggiore and the Po River, rich in sites of natural, faunal, and landscape interest. For bicycle and walking enthusiasts, the Ticino Park has about 400 km of cycle-pedestrian paths, as well as many places of historical and tourist interest, such as castles, abbeys, monasteries, and enchanting villages overlooking the shores of Lake Maggiore, such as the romantic towns of Arona and Stresa.
