From here, you can enjoy a spectacular view of the Alcantara Gorges and the imposing Etna volcano, which dominates the surrounding landscape. In just 35 minutes by car, you can reach Taormina, famous for its natural scenery, beautiful beaches, historic monuments, restaurants, and nightlife.

The Villa is located on the historic Palmento of the Carranco winery and features 4 bedrooms.

Outside, a private parking lot leads to a path of ancient lava stones that crosses the Villa's private garden of about 3,000 m2. The Villa is directly connected to the tennis court, one of the unique features of this property. The splendid L-shaped pool (15 x 6 m) is located in a panoramic position, offering a view of Mount Etna on one side and the Nebrodi Mountains on the other. A private palm garden surrounds the pool, providing the perfect place to relax. Numerous paths lead through the vineyards and olive groves to a historic two-hectare garden with native plants and flowers, offering a true immersion in the peace of nature. The Villa is situated above the ancient Palmento of the Carranco winery, where wine was produced according to the oldest Sicilian tradition.

Inside, the Villa is of great beauty and quality. Completely renovated with particular attention to the use of ancient and traditional techniques, and local materials such as Etna lava stone, handmade terracotta floors, and walnut shutters. All decorations, furnishings, and accessories are of impeccable taste and quality, combining modern design with antique furniture and paintings. A perfect choice for all year round, all services are designed to blend the best of Sicilian tradition with maximum modern comfort. The Villa is spread over two levels. On the first floor, two symmetrical lava stone stairs lead to the main entrance of the Villa. The entrance, with vaulted ceilings, includes a living room and a dining area. An elegant and professionally equipped kitchen with a dining table. Four main bedrooms with a unique view, each with their own private designer bathrooms. On the second floor, an iron and lava stone spiral staircase leads to a double bedroom with a bathroom and a panoramic terrace of 80 m2.

Villa dei Baroni is ideally located to be discreetly isolated (with no other houses within a 3 km radius) and close to everything (airport, Taormina and its beaches, Picciolo golf club). Its unique panoramic views (especially of Mount Etna, the village of Castiglione di Sicilia, the Nebrodi Mountains, and at night, a rare starry sky) are also worth mentioning.
