The B&B Talè Gioiosa located in the hilly area of ??the municipality of Gioiosa Marea, was born from the idea of ??two sisters, now members in the management of the structure, to share with others the experience of wellness, meeting with nature and relaxation, lived for years in their holiday residence.

In fact, the B&B located in the Balsima district in the provincial road 132 bis, which connects the town of Gioiosa Marea with that of Patti, is immersed in the surrounding nature and is strategically positioned as it is at an altitude of about 350 meters above sea level and it is only 6 km from the splendid beach of Gioiosa Marea (about 10 minutes by car) offering guests the opportunity to enjoy both the sea but also the pleasant freshness of the air in the hilly area on sultry summer evenings.

The entire structure blends the historic family summer residence with the modern structure of the b & b, designed according to the most modern technologies to give maximum comfort to guests.

It offers double, triple and quadruple rooms, all with private bathroom, common areas such as, the modern kitchen, the relaxation area with sofas and the small terrace where you can have breakfast and stop to admire a unique view of Gioiosa Marea and the sea, with the opportunity to witness wonderful sunsets, hence the idea to call the structure Talè Gioiosa.

In addition, the structure offers the possibility of using large outdoor spaces, where there is a play area for children, the barbecue area, and various areas where it is possible to stop and enjoy the shade of umbrellas in order to relax immersed in the silence of the surrounding nature.

To further embellish the structure, there is the presence of a magnificent infinity pool that blends with the horizon and the blue sky and sea panorama, which ensures relaxation and fun, making guests' stay a unique experience. unforgettable.

REGULATION B&B TALE 'GIOIOSA
CHECK IN
• The delivery of the rooms is scheduled between 15: 30 and 19: 00, however we ask you to communicate your estimated time of arrival at least in the morning of the day of arrival. Late arrivals entail a charge of 15 euros after 8pm, and 25 euros after midnight.

ALL ARRIVAL REQUESTS MUST BE CONFIRMED BY THE STRUCTURE.

• Customers are invited, upon arrival, to provide an identification document for filling out the P. S. and at the same time regularize the payment of the booked stay.

• There are no timetables to be respected for entry and exit from the structure, guests can come and go as they please.

• Guests are not allowed to let other people access the Bed & Breakfast at any time without prior notice.

CHECK-OUT
• Please note that, on the day of departure, the rooms must be vacated by 10: 00 to allow cleaning and delivery to new arrivals, a delay will result in a further night being charged.

• Small and medium-sized pets are welcome, but an extra cleaning fee of 10 euros will have to be paid.

• The bedrooms and the bathroom must normally be vacated by 10: 00 to allow for daily tidying and cleaning, please arrange your personal belongings in order to allow them. Beyond these times, daily cleaning is not guaranteed. Correct and civil use of the toilets is recommended, avoiding throwing anything into the toilet. (use the special baskets).

The Bed & Breakfast provides for the change of linen (sheets and towels) which takes place every 3 days.

It is possible to request an early change of linen (extra service € 15. 00 per person, for a complete set of sheets and towels).

BREAKFAST
• Breakfast is served between 8. 00 and 9. 30. Outside these hours it is PROHIBITED to use the kitchen, which is for the exclusive use of staff only. The structure offers its guests a shelf of the fridge, per room, in order to store the products.

STANDARDS
• SMOKING is prohibited inside the premises.

• Please maintain a behavior that in any moment of the day and in no way damages the tranquility of others.

• Each guest is required to compensate for any damage caused to the B&B and for the improper use of complementary equipment. In the event of damage, a penalty will have to be paid which will be charged on the cost of the stay and based on the extent of the damage caused. At the end of the stay, the keys must be returned.

Take care to turn off the light in the rooms, air conditioners, TVs, and other systems when you are out of the room.

• We decline all responsibility for the loss, theft or damage to objects of your property. We are not liable for any disservices due to total or partial lack of supplies such as gas, electricity, water, telephone line or internet connection not dependent on our will.
