Mattei Apartments' feature is a house with two apartments, each with an independent entrance and approximately 95 square meters of space. The accommodation is recommended for those with mobility issues since the ground floor has no architectural barriers, and on-site parking is guaranteed for loading and unloading luggage or people.

Free street parking (without blue stripes) can be found at via Mattei, 10 meters from the apartment.

The price includes electricity, gas, and water expenses,, and is provided with linens and towels (with the possibility of paid changes). Animals are not allowed, and smoking inside the house is prohibited. The apartments are air-conditioned only in the main bedroom and have wifi.
