An inviting establishment located 1 km from the Ancona Sud Osimo highway exit and close to the Conero Riviera, offers bed and breakfast accommodations. La Gradina has 7 beds divided into 4 rooms that can be either doubles or twins, depending on your preferences. Additionally, it will be possible to add extra beds and/or a crib if needed.

The rooms are cozy, air-conditioned, and clean, heated in winter and cool in summer, with panoramic views of Mount Conero or garden views. All rooms have a private bathroom with a shower and all necessary amenities.

The common area with a panoramic view of Mount Conero has a shaded balcony and offers the possibility to relax on sofas, watch TV, and use Wi-Fi coverage for ADSL internet connection and fax service. Moreover, in this room, we serve a hearty morning breakfast with our local specialties.

With the room reservation, you can also use our garden picnic area! Enjoy our breakfast outdoors with a wide variety of sweets, including delicious homemade cakes! We also recommend taking advantage of it in the evening, for a relaxing dinner surrounded by greenery and our suggestive lights: it will be refreshing. You are free to use the barbecue to cook your grill. You will have at your disposal the grill, charcoal, and all the necessary tools to cook.

The structure is adjacent to our home with an independent entrance accessed through your private garden. We also provide a secure parking space for you.
