The house was built in the XIIIth century as a large textile dyeing and wool weaving site, and is located just a few steps from the Arno River.

All of the five available bedrooms – 4-bedded, double or single – have ensuite bathrooms, and are tastefully furnished with reproduction and style furniture.

All rooms have televisions, individual air conditioning and safes.
