Villa Addaura B&B is situated in a beautiful postion on the sea-shore (just 10 meter from the sea), a few minutes by car from Mondello (2 minutes) and Palermo (15 minutes) near the bus stop that connects you to the city.

The Villa, immersed in the Mediterranean vegetation, with a very well tended garden around, has the direct access to the sea (only ten meters). Your vacation will start entering the house, where you will find the peacefulness and the frendly Italian hospitality.

The house is situated in one of the most suggestive and panoramic point of Mondello's gulf away from the traffic. The villa has been recently build than it's new and well kept from the staff.

The villa is disposed on two floors: on the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms (double / twin) tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort, each with private bathroom, air conditioning, heating, ceiling fan and free Wi-Fi internet access; on the lower floor there is a big living-room, equipped with LCD satellite TV, with air condition.

At the disposal of welcome guests two spacious solarium with sun beds upstairs and downstairs.

Breakfast is pleasant and plentiful with fresh baked good; the living-room has direct access in the garden with a stone-table for wonderful breakfast with sea-fragrance, than there is a completly functionality for your best holidays.

The charming village of Mondello with its shopping, restaurant and ice-cream parlour, is only at five minutes by car from Villa Addaura.
