The property is an old farmhouse from the early 1900s that was frequented by the bandit Tiburzi. It has been partly renovated and partly newly built. We do not accept the vacation bonus.

Our rooms are cleaned and sanitized with ozone every time a customer checks out, and we prioritize the maximum cleanliness of the rooms. Guests can enter their rooms in the afternoon to allow for sanitization, but please contact us beforehand if you wish to arrive earlier.

We offer WiFi in all rooms. We are located in the countryside of Capalbio, 5 minutes from the town and 10 minutes from the sea. If you bring a pet, there will be an additional fee. Please contact us beforehand, and please do not leave your pet alone in the property as we have had various damages in the past. Such damages will be charged to the owner. We appreciate polite and respectful guests.

We do not accept reservations for 1 or 2 nights requested months in advance as they have been unsuccessful in the past. We accept requests 15 to 20 days before the desired stay, subject to availability (you can contact us for more information).

We are 1 hour and 20 minutes from Rome, 40 minutes from Viterbo and Bolsena, 30 minutes from Grosseto, 2 and a half hours from Florence, 1 hour and 15 minutes from Siena, and 20 minutes from Saturnia. We are a 15-minute drive from Argentario.

We only accept pets upon request. All rooms have private facilities. Some rooms are air-conditioned, which increases the price. We have a children's play area, a garden, and a covered internal parking with remote control access to the property.

Check-in is from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm, and check-out is by 10:00 am after breakfast. We prefer cash payments, but we also have a POS machine for credit/debit card payments. If paying by bank transfer, it takes 3 working days to process the payment, and payment is due upon arrival.
