Agriturismo Iemmolo is situated in the countryside of Modica, surrounded by ancient trees such as Carob and Olive, where you can taste typical dishes of the tradition: fresh cheese, hot ricotta, homemade bread baked in a stone oven, as well as scacce, ricotta ravioli, and cavatieddi with pork meat sauce, roasts, etc.
