The new building consists of five rooms on the ground floor (one quad, two doubles and two triples) is located in the residential area of San Vito Lo Capo.

It is only 50 mt from the bus stop that connects the center and the beach with free service every 15 minutes.

The rooms are spacious and bright with all the comforts (air conditioning, mini fridge, private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, satellite TV, hi - fi, desk with chair Suitcase table, wardrobe with mirror) in more every room has its relevance to a large veranda.
