Via Michelangelo Schipa, 66 - NAPOLI (NA)
The first Bed and Breakfast in Naples powered by solar energy.

Sleeping here does good to the environment.

The B&B LA ROSA E IL PEPERONCINO is located in the characteristic neighborhood of Chiaia, beside Posillipo hill.

Other than the breathtaking view over the gulf from the terrace, the B&B offers you the possibility to relax in its finely furnished 19th and 20th century style rooms with a vaste collection of paintings. Various libraries containing both classic and modern litterature are also at your disposal.

It is located in a central area with important roads and bus stations, making it easily accessible. You will find in proximity the train station di Mergellina, metro stop Mergellina/P. zza Amedeo and the funicular of Chiaia. There are also Aliscafi (a means of sea transportation) destined for Capri, Sorrento, Ischia as well as Sicily.

Situated on the top floor of a 1950s villa, the garden terrace where the views of Capri and Sorrento can be enjoyed makes it a splendid area for dinners and typical breakfasts. It is also possible to use this area as a solarium or a place to relax after a long day’s sightseeing.

The B&B LA ROSA E IL PEPERONCINO is located in the central area of Naples where the historic center (better known as the "centro storico") can be easily reached.

Its proximity to sea and land transport links make it an ideal place for both short and long stays. This B&B is optimal for visiting all the important sights of the city or as a stopover en route to other destinations.

After a long day's walk in Naples and its surroundings, the warmth and sense of your own home await you at the B&B La Rosa e il Peperoncino.
