The Farmstead is structured in a typical “a corte” configuration and it’s located in a nice place, where you can enjoy a real great view of the Monferrato’s hills and the Alps.

In the Farmste you can relax your mind tanks to a very quite atmosphere, far from traffic and noise, in a frame of hills grown with vineyard, orchard, and market garden.

Being inside the old village, close by you can reach all the major facilities you need.

A dedicated area on one side of the Farmstead has been partially renovated.

The kitchen, guest reserved, is at the ground floor and it is fully dedicated to prepare the breakfast that will be served in the adjacent dining room.

At the first floor, connected trough an internal wooden staircase, two comfortable double rooms have been renovated and furnished with some old family furniture. Both rooms have private bathrooms.

Both bedrooms are supplied with hot water, radio, full bathroom with shower and/or bath tube.

Air conditioning available in one bedroom.

Use of washing machine, refrigerator/freezer, TV,internet wireless, iron, first aid box and Ping-Pong is free of charge.

Areas reserved to guests are the followings: dining room and reading room, garden,and external area with the Pergola and ping pong.
