The Holiday Apartment Santa Caterina is located in a area in the center of the territory of the Crete Senesi, consists of 10 apartments respectively 5 on the ground floor and 5 on the first floor.

Many services available to our customers: swimming pool (8x12 meters), which has a whirlpool, and a large solarium (open from 1 June to 30 September - the dates can change according to the season).

Ample free parking, two super-equipped games areas, barbecue area, one hectare of greenery for walks with your 4-legged friends. also a fenced pond is at your disposal to fish and to make a refreshing bath to the animals of our customers.

In each apartment you will find: independent heating, free wifi in all apartments, air conditioning in all rooms, a large and sunny kitchen-living room (equipped with fridge with freezer, an oven, a kettle, a moka coffee maker, kitchen linen as a tablecloth and a dry-bed and all the various kitchen utensils and crockery).

The rooms, also very spacious, can have a double bed or two twin beds that can be joined together. The net and the mattress are all orthopedic to offer you a pleasant rest.

All bathrooms have a walk-in shower and are equipped with a hairdryer.

On arrival the apartments are already equipped with bed linen and towels, which change is only weekly. Additional changes are possible by paying an extra fee.

Some of the apartments on the first floor have a terrace or a panoramic balcony equipped with table and chairs, where on summer days it is possible to enjoy the delicacies of the area.

In the other apartments without a terrace our guests can use the garden on the ground floor, also equipped with gazebos with tables and chairs.

Each apartment on the ground floor has a comfortable entrance with its own private area equipped with table, chairs and umbrellas, to spend pleasant moments of relaxation.

We do not have a restaurant but we can recommend some good restaurants in the area just 8/10 km from where you can eat well and get a 10% discount.

Also just 13km from us (15 min) there are the spas where you can take advantage of discounts on entry to the facilities and a 10% on massages.
