Situated on the second floor of a building, centrally located in Via Pozzo Lazzaro No. 9, just 30 meters from the seafront in Santa Teresa di Riva, a charming town on the Ionian coast which is only 15 km from Taormina.

Very close to bus stop and the train station.

The apartment is ideal for a family of 4 (or more***); as you can see from the photos on display, it is composed of:
A) a living room with a sofa bed;
B) a double bedroom;
C) a veranda with kitchen;
D) a large terrace with dining area and sea view.

It is air-conditioned and it is equipped with TV, crockery and cooking utensils.

Our guests are allowed to use a washing machine in common with the tenants of the other three holiday apartments of the building.

The apartment is only 30 m from the sea, 50 m from the bus station and 70 m from the railway station;
centrally located, in the corner of the main street of the town, where you will find numerous shops and businesses.

It is about 100 meters from the nearest supermarket and there is also a pharmacy and first aid station nearby.
