The apartment, which covers approximately 70 square meters, is located on the ground floor and is designed to accommodate up to three guests in spacious and well-organized areas. The interior spaces include a comfortable living room, a separate kitchen, a very large master bedroom of about 25 square meters with two large windows, and a spacious and functional bathroom. For the third guest, an additional bed is available in the form of a sofa bed located in the master bedroom.

The house is equipped with air conditioning and a SMART TV to ensure comfort throughout the year. Inside, you will find bed linens and towels, an espresso coffee machine with provided capsules for breakfast, and a washing machine available for guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped and well-appointed, featuring dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, dish towels, and placemats, allowing guests to handle every meal independently. There are also useful cleaning products for daily upkeep of the home.

Outside, a private garden of about 100 square meters enhances the stay. Furnished with a table and chairs, it is perfect for dining al fresco under the shade of a pleasant gazebo, while two comfortable lounge chairs invite relaxation during the quieter hours of the day.
