Set amidst a spacious garden filled with pine trees, oaks, birches, linden trees, olive trees, and fruit trees, the property offers a relaxing atmosphere closely connected to nature. On the ground floor, there is an intimate and quiet double room featuring a French bed, a private bathroom with a shower, and a reserved outdoor patio. The first floor hosts the Suite, ideal for families, which consists of two double bedrooms, a shared bathroom with a shower, and a panoramic terrace with views of the sea and, on clear days, the Pontine Islands. The Suite also includes a dining area with a kitchenette, available for an additional fee.

The accommodations come equipped with a TV and Wi-Fi. Two common lounges, also with Wi-Fi, hi-fi systems, and a library, are available for reading, working, or relaxing. A laundry service is available upon request. Outside, guests can enjoy a hot tub operational during the summer months, a barbecue area, a sun terrace, picnic spots, and parking. To ensure a peaceful stay for everyone, smoking and bringing pets into the house are not permitted.
