Our air-conditioned studio apartment is approximately 40 square meters and is located on the first floor. It features a double bed and a sofa bed suitable for one and a half people. There is a small kitchenette, a table with chairs, a refrigerator, and a coffee machine. The bathroom includes a washing machine. The area is well-served by various shops, and we are just a few meters from the Marina di Capitana marina. The sea is 250 meters away, and you can quickly reach the beaches of Mari Pintau, Baccumandara, Torre delle Stelle, Solanas, and Villasimius by car. You can also visit the historic center of Cagliari and enjoy a day at the Poetto seafront and its famous Sella del Diavolo.
