Calm and relaxing, just a short distance from the lighthouse and the scenic promenade of Cape Miseno. The beach is easily accessible on foot or by car within a few minutes. There are both free beaches and equipped beach clubs available; nearby, you can explore fascinating archaeological sites in the Phlegraean area, thermal centers, the submerged city of Baia, Baia Castle, the Archaeological Park of Cuma, and the Flavian Amphitheater.

The house features spacious areas, a garden, and a barbecue. The living room includes a cozy fireplace. The garden is exclusively for guests' use. The apartment is located on the promontory of Cape Miseno and is not served by public transport (the nearest stop is 700 meters away), so it is necessary to use a car, motorcycle, or other private means. The last stretch of road to reach the property is a two-way tunnel. Upon check-in, it is mandatory to register guests' documents and sign a formal contract.

The local tourist tax is not included in the nightly rate and must be paid in cash at check-in, amounting to €1.50 per day per person (excluding minors under 16 and individuals over 70).

It is mandatory to use only the assigned parking space. Parking along the access roads to the house is prohibited. Please manage waste separation properly.
