Ancient farmhouse located in the hills of San Miniato, surrounded by forests, olive trees, stars, and white truffles. The agriturismo provides accommodation in two rooms, each equipped with a private bathroom and a kitchenette, perfect for those seeking relaxation, nature, and authenticity.

The estate feels timeless and is ideal for those who appreciate the tranquility of nature and uncrowded places. It is especially suited for couples of all ages looking to spend their first, second, or third honeymoon.

Each room features an indoor table and an outdoor one, allowing guests to enjoy meals independently and with utmost privacy.

The rooms:

Suite "Up" (first floor): features a double bed measuring 170x194 cm (or two single beds on request), a sofa bed of 194x140 cm, a dining table, a kitchen with an induction cooktop, refrigerator-freezer, microwave, and utensils. It also has a private terrace with a view, a table, and two armchairs.

Room "Down" (ground floor): includes a double bed measuring 150x194 cm, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchenette. There is a reserved outdoor space in the garden with a table and armchairs.

The windows are fitted with mosquito nets. In summer, you can sleep with the windows open, as the air is cool and air conditioning is rarely needed. There is no TV and no dishwasher. We provide bed linens and towels.

Breakfast: not included, but we can prepare it upon request, with prices varying based on individual needs. Many guests prefer to prepare their own breakfast and enjoy it in their private spaces, perhaps in pajamas and at their desired time.
