In Umbria, the green heart of Italy, there is a place called Paradiso, located about 6 km from Assisi. Perched at an elevation of 650 meters, it overlooks a vast valley to the north of the Monte Subasio park, a site cherished by St. Francis and once home to numerous hermits.

From this vantage point, one can enjoy a panoramic view of 360 degrees, allowing for the observation of the towering peaks of the Umbrian-Marchigian Apennines, where each morning the sun blesses the new day. Paradiso41 is a farm that has been cultivating its fields using organic methods for over 30 years. The decision to live on this farm, along with its activities and lifestyle, arose from a desire to reconnect with natural rhythms in a simple way.
