The Antica Fonte di Siena residence has emerged from the careful renovation of the old farmhouse belonging to the "Fullino Nero" estate and its agricultural outbuildings, preserving the charm of traditional Tuscan rural homes. The facility features seven apartments that have been created from spaces once used for farming activities, such as the barn, wine cellar, and storage areas, which have now been transformed into inviting and functional living spaces.

The main building contains four units – Fullino, Tinaia, Parata, and Fienile – while the annex houses Orcio, Solatia, and Oliveto.
