On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom, while the other two share a large bathroom. The second floor hosts an additional bedroom with its own dedicated bathroom. The basement is dedicated to relaxation and leisure, featuring a roomy hobby room with a fireplace, a laundry area, and a fitness space equipped with isotonic and cardio machines. To top it off, there’s a large six-person hot tub with relaxation loungers.

The private garden, surrounded by tall trees, offers ample shaded areas, relaxation terraces, and, during the summer season, a pool equipped with loungers, an umbrella, and showers. The price includes bed, bath, and kitchen linens, along with a courtesy set for each guest. The villa is entirely non-smoking, with designated outdoor smoking areas. There are no age restrictions for guests, but the presence of stairs between the various floors should be taken into account. Parking spaces are available both inside and outside the property.
